My villa was absurdly spacious (solo travel), which I absolutely loved. I loved the fact that they are a green facility and A++++ for having a water dispenser, which saves on buying bottled water! Location A+++ (especially to airport) Staff were very friendly and helpful.
While the villa is amazing, one thing to note; should it rain during your stay, be VERY careful when entering/exiting your villa as the stone can be slippery (unfortunately I did slip and fall after unlocking the door awaiting room service-fortunately not seriously hurt).

Good location & nice size room
We did not find the room clean - the floors had spots on them, there were dead ants on the glass wall in the bathroom, handprints on the bathroom walls, and we found oil on the kitchen counter that we wiped as soon as we arrived not to have it ruin our items. We did let the front desk know about these concerns, and although they assured us it would be cleaned, we didn’t notice a change the following day.
We also found our sheets to be stained and one of our pillows smelled like alcohol.
Breakfast was included but it was nothing special.
Finally, when we checked out, we were asked to wait 5-10 minutes because they had to check the room - we were told it’s to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, but we had already done that ourselves. That was weird and not common practice.

Location was great. Staff friendly. Plenty of room in the villa.
Lots of mosquitoes. Our villa had a lot of shade so for me who loves the sun was a little too much but you could go out to the main pool too sun bake so not a huge negative. Pillows uncomfortable. Some things not in the room but if you asked they were provided. Pool bar did not serve cocktails.

Most amazing grounds. Villas are amazing. We stay in the deluxe villas, gives us room to sit and relax without sitting on the bed. Pool is a great size and always cool inside the rooms.
Bathroom facilities excellent and staff always friendly.
Takes a little while for hot water to come through the shower.
No glasses in bathroom or kitchen to have a soft drink or clean teeth - have to use a coffee cup.
