Very Poor
We did not get a chance to enjoy the property because the sleeping situation was not as advertised. However, it was a very nice looking villa.
The property was listed as having three beds, however when we arrived we found it only had two beds. The caretakers were awful to us when they found out we were not going to stay. Very rude and disrespectful.

We arrived late at night, driver picked us up from the airport and the hosts were there to check us. They were super welcoming and friendly! Place was well maintained and cleaned multiple times during our short stay. It's in a decent location, wasn't too loud, overall we enjoyed our stay.

The villa, the host/housekeepers, cleaniness etc was all great! Morning breakfast was always awesome from Pancakes/Mie Goreng/Indonesian rice/french toast etc plus it always included fresh cut fruit and juice!
Location was honestly great - the main stretch of shops with supermarket/resturants is around a 20 min walk so not sure why people say it's too far away. We walked everywhere and it was great, and the airport/waterbom etc are around 20-30min bluebird away.
There's also local resturants and massage parlours which are awesome (like 1 minute walk).
Aircons in both rooms had no issues, and they have filtered water in the kitchen.
The main issue was the barking dog(s). Some nights it was relentless and just never stopped. There's many dogs around that bark/play and it's fine, but it's one particular one from the neighbour that I am guessing also has the rooster that just doesn't stop. I had a fan blasting at my ear and I still could clearly hear it.
We had in-house massages and all you could hear was the dog barking the whole time so it's hard to relax. This is enough for me to not book here again unfortunately, which sucks because this is not the host's fault. This place is a 10/10 for everything except this.

The villa was very clean. Moleh and Puja were amazing. We had delicious fresh breakfast prepared every day and they assisted tracking down my ph when I left it in a grab getting the driver to bring it back to our front door. The driver they recommended was also fabulous. Nice quiet spot out of the hustle and bustle.
A little out of the way but only a couple of $s in a grab and you are at everything you want and need.

The staff are great, they make a nice breakfast. The place is amazing, a huge room and nice bathroom. After a long day outside, the pool is just perfect to relax before going to bed and theres a nice kitchen that were able to cook the asian foods that we’ve craved for.

Lovely 2 bedroom villa with pool and kitchen. Perfect for 1 or 2 small families. The host kept in touch with me well before the trip and kept checking in if I needed any assistance in planning the trip. The housekeepers Moleh and wife were very efficient. They also helped arrange the bike for us and did housekeeping once a day. The kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend guests to have a bike at their disposal when living in this property.

The Villa was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we loved the security, convenience and comfort. The airport transfer was great and Moleh and his wife were incredible; cooking us a delicious breakfast each morning and even putting us in touch with a lovely driver, Komang, who took us on tours of Ubud and Uluwatu. Nothing was an inconvenience, and they made travelling with a 2 and 4 year old easy and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to book again for our next trip to Bali! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Private villa. Air conditioned rooms. Pool was lovely. Great shower. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruits and fresh juice. One day was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. The second day was fluffy pancakes.
A little bit far from the main areas of Seminyak, although catching a taxi or Grab ride is very cheap. ( less than $5)

Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were very natural. Everyday there was a different variety of breakfast. They had travel adapters which was very convenient.
Kitchen interior could improve. It doesn’t go well with the overall theme of the villa. There could be some board games for kids and adults.

Not walking distance from main strip for food, drinks and shopping but easily accessible by short drive by Gojek app or taxi, which is affordable.

loved the villa and staff where amazing ?
if you are a little scared of dogs their are lots around and they bark all through the night also quite a few Cockerells that keep you awake too. so we were awake from around 3am and disturbed sleep.Bring ear plugs and your have an amazing time in the villa. A few things need updating on their information details, no washing machine but laundry service available, coukd see a bbcue and radio, which woukd be nice on low while relaxing by the pool. Surrounding area their are a few restaurants but I would plan your restaurants further a field and get a cab to places. Dekno our driver was kind and done day trips at a good price. Remember get a sim card at the airport with minutes one to be able to ring a cab.

The villa was extremely clean ,a little out of the way wich was actually nice only 25000 for a cab to Legian or eat st Seminyak, the couple who look after the villa are gorgeous amazing breakfast cooked in the villa. Beautiful fresh fruit wich quite often we made mix juice later in the day.Loads of ice supplied and large fridge, and no need to cart bottles of water as supplied. Also provided pick-up from airport just had to tip driver.

We stayed in 3 villas in Bali and this one was the best! Clean, comfortable and felt like a little piece of paradise! We loved the pool and how the rooms surrounded the pool. It meant we could be together as a family, but the kids also had their privacy when they wanted to escape us for a while!!!
The kitchen was fully equipped with cold filtered water and 3 toilets were a bonus!
Breakfast was different each day and the staff were lovely. The area felt safe and we had no problem walking to the local shop at night.
The host was also very accommodating when I realised I'd booked an extra day by mistake!!! I cannot fault them. Quick to respond and great communication.
The only niggle is that the 2nd bedroom had 1 double bed instead of the advertised 1 single and 1 double. This meant my teenage sons had to share a bed which they weren't too happy about! It also stated that there was a washing machine on sight, which there wasn't. No biggie though as I managed to handwash our clothes and they soon dried in the Bali Sun!
You may need to jump on a scooter or taxi to the main shops which arent in walking distance, but with the bikes/taxi's only costing a few dollars, it didn't worry us.

Great facilities, amazing breakfasts and they did then when we needed them to suit our travel needs. Great pool, lovely comfortable beds.
Showers weren't long enough with the hot water. Often one of us had cold showers because of not having the time to let it heat up before the next person.
