Very spacious close to many amenities like Motel Mexicola and Seminyak Square, very cool speaker and staff were very helpful - there was a blackout on the street that was not their fault but they did help out by informing us when it will be done
some smell from the pipes when you flush the toilet , the water used for showering is salty not sure about that.

This villa is amazing!! the rooms are a great size, the bathroom has everything you need and the pool is perfection!
The location of the villa was perfect for us! - we could walk anywhere so easily!
The amenities in the villa are superb...we only marked down a little for the firm beds.
The hosts are beyond accommodating and very lovely and helpful!
That we had to go home!! hahahhaha

Great spacious villa with a fantastic pool in a superb quiet location. Cleaning daily. Excellent service. Comfy beds and pillows. Has 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. Airconditioning can be set very cold. Very close to shops and cafes. We have been to Bali many times - this was our third stay at this villa.
A few things required maintenance, but they were onto it quickly.

Great location, behind Seminyak Square in a safe, well-lit gang but still quiet and peaceful. Very near to great restaurants and shopping. Well managed and maintained - any problems are quickly responded to and fixed. Serviced daily if you wish. Great to have the phone which is provided to call for cabs and to contact the management, if needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Puri Pani 1 and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s spacious for 4 people although we only had 3. I really liked the private bathroom in each of the bedroom. Villa was equipped with everything you need for a long term stay and it was nice the host met up with us at checked in to show us around. Daily housekeeping service was great and they cleaned the villa thoroughly. I also really appreciate the filtered water machine in the living room to provide safe drinking water.
One of the bath towels had yellow stains on it so I wasn’t sure if it is cleaned. The shower had a weird sewage smell which wasn’t appealing when you shower. The living and dining room areas of the villa as it is open space had quite a bit of mosquitoes. We used the coil and spray but still saw a good amount flying.

We loved our stay and it is an excellent location for accessing everything in Seminyak. Very quiet in the evenings and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pavillion. The villa has been beautifully designed and labelling all of the light switches is such a great idea. The management of the villa is excellent and providing a phone for contact is a really great idea. Loved that you could hang out ‘ the come back tomorrow’ sign if you didnt need the villa cleaned but could easily request extra supplies if needed.
These are not negatives at all but the ensuite is relatively small but has everything you need and there is only limited storage within the bedroom. We stayed for 3 nights so it was absolutely fine and in way is this a criticism just something to note.

Puri Pani is a modern villa in Seminyak. The location is a discreet backstreet, and the villa is VERY modern and clean. We were met by a host who showed us through and was very courteous. The villa itself was spotless. everything worked perfectly and the amenities were great. We had a store and a warung close by, with the beach at the end of the street so ZERO to complain about.
I cant add any feedback here...the villa is well thought out and impeccable. Its a truly great spot to stay with no negatives for us!

I had a wonderful stay at Pari Puni Villa in Seminyak on 11th till 14th June 2024, Bali. The villa is cosy and affordable, with a beautiful setting. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. We loved the outdoor seating area, which faces the pool—it's a perfect spot to chat and relax with family. The outdoor kitchen and pool were fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment there. We just loved everything and wished we could stay longer!

Gorgeous property , tranquil courtyard , very central to shops, restaurants ,bars ,markets and yet very quiet street . Very comfortable beds .
The filtered water cooler was a real bonus .

Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with stove,oven, microwave, coffee machine with coffee pods and water filter with both hot and cold water. Walking distance from seminyak village, eateries and the beach. The manager was there to hand over the keys and was available over call at anytime. They even provide a mobile phone to contact them.
The bathroom could have been bit bigger. For a larger size person the shower area can be a of a challenge.

Centrally located but a calm oasis in the centre of Seminyak. Easy beach access and close to great shops and restaurants.
Only a few minor things. Oven broke during our stay and I had to work a fix to stop the bedroom air conditioning units from rattling.
