We loved our stay at Hevea. Ayu was a wonderful friendly and helpful host. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The villa was comfortable and great for a group of friends. Amazing central location.
Breakfast options got a little repetitive after a few days. And make sure there is mozzie coils in the outdoor bathroom!

The vila was lovely and large, spotlessly clean, bright, airy and spacious. It was a treat to all have our own huge ensuite (our teenagers loved this)! The generous sized sparkling clean pool and gardens were immaculate. The villa was extremely well provisioned with all we could desire, including an espresso machine. The location (just off 'Eat Street' in Seminyak and a 15 min walk to the beach was ideal. We were blown away by the incredible service at Hevea Villas. We felt so well cared for by our lovely butler Ayu, so much so that we have returned for our third stay at Hevea! Ayu couldn't have done more to care for us and her very personal and professional approach was so appreciated and a real treat. The whole Hevea team offer exceptional service including Ardita the manager, Ardi the driver, the security and gardening teams. We have stayed in Bali many times and hope we can keep returning to Hevea.

Disappointing
The staff was exceptional. They treated us really well.
Location is a problem. Difficult to get a cab into the street, it is so narrow.
The Villa is big but its physical condition is visibly deteriorated. Rusty metal everywhere, walls need painting, bathrooms need retiling.

The villa’s location is perfect — very close to everything, yet it offers great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. All the staff members are extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied according to our preferences. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed in the 2- bedroom villa for 8 nights. The outside living room and garden+pool were gorgeous.; we expected to stay mostly indoors but we ended up staying outside the whole time except for sleeping! The layout of the garden was beautiful. It was also completely private..no windows from neighbors nearby.
The bed was comfy. The mosquito net was a sleep-saver! One bathroom was closed and air-conditioned while the other was open, which was an interesting experience but the mosquitos were eating us alive; better if there was a screen or glass door.
The rooms were conveniently connected to each other (can be locked), perfect for families with younger kids.
Our butler Suci made our stay even more enjoyable.. she cooked the most amazing breakfast and it was great to choose what time we want. She gave us the freshest local fruit
The rooms were always spotless when we came back.
The driver Adi was very friendly and helpful. We booked half and full day tours for reasonable prices.
The location was perfect with cafes next to us and a mini mall just 10 minutes away by walking with lots of souvenirs, a huge H & M etc

The breakfast was fantastic! Homemade yoghurt was a highlight for me - I wish I could've taken it home! All the staff were super friendly and even spent time showing us around the other villas for when we come back next time. The pool area was the best we have ever had in Bali. It truly was little slice of paradise. I can't recommend Hevea highly enough, you won't be disappointed.

The Villa was great. It was exactly like the photos but better in real life.
The staff were great always around to help and always kept the rooms free from bugs and mosquitoes. Yuli helped us with all our questions, helped with booking massages in the villa and even someone to come and braid the girls hair. The breakfast was great and she always had the rooms re set everyday.
The villa is close to everything but hidden away nicely so you don't hear the street traffic.

Private swimming pool that the kids utilised every day was wonderful, complete with a waterfall. Our butler, Gede, made an amazing breakfast every morning and ensured the villa was always clean. The villa also came with a driver that was available for day trips around the island (at an additional cost).
Property needs slight cosmetic work in the interior, a coat of paint would help.

I didn’t love the location. It was near one of the busiest strips of Seminyak with lots of shops and food but next time I’ll look for something closer to the beach as shopping wasn’t our thing.

We had a two bedroom villa and it was outstanding. We walked everywhere and it was only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street yet we had peace and quiet at the villa. Breakfast was also brilliant, made each day by Ketut. The pool cleaning was great each morning and even the security guard helping us leave the venue each morning :)
One of the bedrooms bathroom was outside so in the night I had to go outside or go use my friends toilet in her room, it was no problem but would of preferred to have a toilet inside.

Location was great. Size of the villa was fantastic. It was lovely to have our own private pool. Having a butler to prepare our breakfast was a lovely treat every morning. Communication was easy with the accommodation & any arrangements needs like transfers were always organised as requests. We spent 6 nights over Christmas here. Would highly recommend.

The property was amazing - lush green lawn & garden, good sized pool (esp beautiful at night), wonderful service from our butler Putu. The outdoor area next pool was a great area to just chill with friends and family. Location was great too - there's a nearby small grocery, laundry and walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants
