loved the size and style of property, excellent for a family.
Needs a new kitchen, old and ugly, can still use but not nice for 5 star property. Needs a bit of updating.

Spacious and clean. Very private. Staff very lovely and helped resolve any issues we had. Let us know what time they were coming to clean every day and what time they were coming to spray for mosquitoes at night. Pool was a great size for 4 of us.
The pillows were uncomfortable. Maybe consider adding a fan in the bedrooms, as this would be nice instead of having to sleep with the aircon on all night. Would love for the downstairs area to be enclosed.

Spacious villa, nice and private with high walls. The swimming pool, the bathrooms, really good beds and strong air-conditioning: this place has it all. The kitchen has a watercooler with hot water, a fridge and stove. Nice breakfast option and good laundry service. No mosquito net, but they come and spray your rooms every evening. Really nice and helpful people. If we had booked this villa at the beginning of our travels, we might have never left. ? (One minor thing: the main door and the upstairs room have locks, but the downstairs bedroom could not be locked.)

Stayed in an amazing 1 bedroom villa. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool is clean, refreshing, and much larger than in many other similar villas. Very spacious bathroom with large bath and separate shower. There’s some good walkable coffee shops around. It’s a short cab/bike ride into the busier part of Seminyak. But easy to get food / drinks delivered by Grab / Gojek also. Highly recommend.
The lounge room TV could probably be updated to a larger size, but that’s not really why we’re in Bali.

The hired staff was very polite and did what they could in their power to make us comfortable.
We stayed there for 10 days in Dec 2023 and there was a continuous heat of 35 degrees temp, the aircons in both rooms in the villa were too old enough to fight the heat. The power would trip 3 - 4 times a day and in the nights and we kept complaining. The staff gave us table fans but that wasn't enough. The night before we had to check out, ,while sleeping my aircon in the room tripped with fire in it. And the next morning while checking out, we saw the new aircons were unloaded by the truck but we couldn't enjoy them. We were stuck since paid all the money in advance through booking.com. Also, with kids, the wifi was not at all good, the smart tv's in the bedrooms kept disconnecting. All in all , not worth the money we paid.

Very clean, neat. Staff were accommodating.
Only fault I could say, was the aircon could have been a bit colder upstairs. Downstairs was fine. Although staffed accommodated by bringing us a fan.
