Absolutely terrible experience – would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our stay was beyond disappointing, and I am demanding at least a 50% refund for the following reasons:
1. Horrible hygiene standards – we found dirty towels with lipstick stains on them, clearly used by someone else. I never used them, yet they were left in the room.
2. There were worms/insects in the bathroom and shower area. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.
3. My sister was injured due to broken tiles in the swimming pool area. She had to undergo surgery and get stitches in her foot – this was 100% the hotel’s fault due to negligence.
4. The balcony was full of insects, making it unusable.
5. Non-stop construction noise every single night. We were not informed about this in advance, and when we complained, the hotel staff denied it—even though we could clearly see and hear the construction right in front of us!
This was a health hazard, an unsafe environment, and a complete lack of professionalism from hotel management. I strongly advise others to stay away from this property.

We found the service very slow. We waited for an hour at the pool bar for lunch the one day and every morning for coffee at least half an hour at breakfast. Service was very slow. The rooms are also too dark.
