the hotel did not allow our boatman to access the pier of the hotel. We had to go around and access another location much further away, which was inconvenient

The restaurant should be better. The breakfast is good but evening buffet very poor taste. Don t understand because the hotel would be top with better food

The food needs certainly improvement ; one can not change money at/in the hotel ; it's quite a bit out of town and private transport quite expensive

Difficult to.open the room door

I chose one bed for all three rooms on this app, but in the end all we got is twin bed, the front guy said they cannot contact me to inform the room is not available but i havent got any call from them. And.. lift is not available in this hotel, not elderly friendly. I wouldnt mind if this place not elderly friendly, when i want to change the room into the ground floor they said i did not make a request. I did make a request for one bed for 3 rooms, but they couldt make it. So why do i have to make request if they cannot make it? The front guy totally need training

Food - the breakfast was mediocre and the menu otherwise worse. The first day we had breakfast things tasted very bland and the orange juice tasted watered down. The second day breakfast was a bit better but still low in taste. What was really a let down was how bad the restaurant was otherwise - the price and the taste are terrible. We had a Nasi Goreng each and Calamari to share and neither tasted remotely like they should. In total it cost 270K IDR, no drinks! The Calamari Rings we bit into 1 each and left the rest of the plate, the Nasi Goreng we filtered through the rice and left half. We ended up eating at the local Warung instead.. 1/3 of the price including drinks and infinitely better taste. Also the cost for activities through the hotel was absurdly priced in our opinion. But of course they are the only options in the area without leaving to Manado city or further. Beyond the staff friendliness and the comfort of the room things are mediocre and it seems like they get away with it because they are almost the only option for food and otherwise in the close vicinity. Once you're there you're stuck there.

Smell of garbage dump Lack of restaurant menus breakfast is not good

1. Rooms could be more clean 2. Beach was not cleaned 3. It looked like either there was not enough staff to manage the property, or it was off season, or management is not interested to make this property even nicer than it is (outdated)

the hotel is a little dated - aircon had some dripping. food is also served really slowly (but typical of manado). finally the place is out of the way so be sure to drive/ arrange private transport and there's not many food options nearby + the hotel doesnt allow for delivery so just be aware of that.

The rooms are not very clean especially the bathrooms and the floor. Aircon need to be maintained as it was making rattling noise.
