House reef was great -- better than Bangka or Siladen, but best to go mid-tide. High tide is a long swim and the currents are strong. Can see turtles and a black-tipped shark just from the house reef. Having booties & fins essential, because the booties are useful for walking out during low tide. Get a room with AC / hot water because the AC is welcome after a hot day, and a warm shower after a snorkel. Every time I walked into my room, I was grateful for the AC.

Paradise. Everything was perfect. The only place you need if you're diving ???
I wish there were more veggie options but the ladies in the kitchen were very accommodating

Wonderful
We loved the position, in the forest and on the beach. The proximity to the ocean. Shorkelling area is beautiful just in front of this resort. We also loved the formula of 3 meals included, with good quality food.

Fair
The hotel is in front of a beach and close to the main village of Bunaken (10 min by walking). The food was also good with Indonesian and Western meals.
The personnel especially the blond manager guy was not welcoming. We stayed 3 nights there and he told us that we could not dive with the fun discover diving because no instructor was available which is funny for a diving resort. The price is also high for Indonesia and the bungalow was super small and really hot during the night. All the activities proposed were pretty expensive and even when we booked a private boat for 50€ for snorkeling they did not let us choose where we can go snorkeling because they said some places were too far even though we booked a private boat for that. Overall they had a really cheap behavior, the price is high and the service is basic. We do not recommend this place

This place is perfect. We were here last year and returned again. We were upgraded to a better room without asking it :) The food here is excellent. You get 3 perfect meals per day and all they are so tasty. We also used transfer, which was on time and smooth. We took also trips from them. You should try their jungle trip or market visit. They are full day filled with nice places. Main reason of our visit was Bunaken's beautiful underwater life. We are snorkeles. They do diving trips and those are perfect for snorkeles to join. If there is no diving for some day, you can hire private boat for snorkeling of dolphin trip. Take a walk to the closest village, it is lovely. Drive to other end of island (we asked for transport from 3Will), this trip is also worth time and money you spend.
Water from shower is a bit salty, but it's minor problem.

Very Good
The location of the bungalows is great. A wonderful reef for snorkeling is just outside of the property. We joined a dive boat as well, but the reef outside the huts was my favourite. The food was also amazing and plentiful. Staff was really helpful and lovely too. Loved the island and was glad we visited it.
The thick curtain around the bed was horrible and stuffy. The fan hardly penetrated the material and we were really uncomfortable and hot at night. A proper Moskito net would have been far better.

Very nice bungalows in front of mangrove-beach. The food was amazing, they make a different variety of fish, meat, vegetables everyday. We enjoyed our diving course, and were in good gands with the professional staff. Our diving teacher was Connor from England, so there were no language barriers as well.

Wonderful
- Directly in national park, where you can access coral reefs basically from the beach - Food they provide is really good - There are several trips you can make (snorkelling, beaches etc.) - For divers this is pure paradise - Welcoming and helping people. Especially Olivia and Frets (driver) they were amazing
- They do not provide or even sell bottled water. For those sensitive for stomach water issues, carry tour water - Mosquitoes were really annoying and so frequent we had to wear long sleeves mostly in the evening - Only salty water for the shower - All inclusive is not right term - full pension is right term- it is 3 meals per day, drinks you buy except water and tea

Good
The location is good for snorkeling from he beach. There is access to the reef straight from 3Will and the reef is in great condition.
The bungalows are maybe not worth the price. They are quite basic and a little bit too much run down. Mosquito nets should be replaced, since there are plenty of mosquitos around due to the jungle and mangrowes + rainy season. The bungalows feel quite moist, like the linen for example, but that has to do with the heavy humidity around. Cleaning comes by request.

1,Nice staff, everyone kind friendly and passionate 2, good value for money in diving, there are dive packages and if you dive many times, equipment rental is free. On average 36euros per dive for me (including night dive) 3, good location, convenient for diving, scenery is beautiful, especially house reef
Too many bugs, especially mosquitos.

Good
The dive sites are great The dive guides are very courteous and competent The staff is very cordial and endeavours to ensure the well-being of the guests
The basic rooms are rudimentary, the shower does not always have the necessary pressure and the roofs over the terraces are a little leaky in places. The internet is very poor and not suitable for working

Wonderful
Unique location makes you feel like you have a private beach. The cottage is cozy and has everything what you need. Very friendly staff, we came too late for breakfast but they still arranged breakfast for us. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. The transport from Manado and back was very well organised. Name a time and they will bring you to Manado. They have arranged our transfer for car and boat.
The only thing that they could improve is the bathroom: In the early morning it was already very hot. All of our toileteries that lay in the sun felt hot (contact lens container with its contents was burning). Be aware that you need to put your toileteries in the shadows or in the living room.
