The location is superb for exploring the center of the city. It's walking distance to the "alun-alun." The bedroom is clean enough for a quick stop before the next destination and the check-in was easy despite our late arrival.
For the price, the bedroom, bathroom design, breakfast, and lack of parking space were disappointing. If you're looking for a base to explore Malang, I would recommend a more comfortable hotel elsewhere for similar price.

It was a great no frills stay. The area has restaurants all around. All clean and everything you can need from a stay. Good value.
Nothing , it was everything we needed. The mattress was hard, so not my best sleep, but that is not something that cannot be helped, as it may be someone else’s preference !

A great place to stay, great value, fabulous breakfast and perfect location. Spotless room with great shower, kettle etc, yes slightly smaller than some but for the price outstanding value. Breakfast buffet had plenty for our western tastes.. an omelette station, loads of fruits and salads, steamed corn, breads jams etc and then if you fancy Asian foods. There is a small pool but we didnt use it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, fresh water each day in room and water dispenser.. they even gave us a free packed breakfast for the Bromo tour , just book in advance.. it’s in the middle of loads of restaurants.. all in all it exceeded our expectations..

This is a basic, clean hotel in a prime location. The staff are friendly and happy to assist with arranging tours, trips, taxis, and other services. However, the hotel itself is quite simple and doesn’t offer anything particularly exceptional.
It’s a "you get what you pay for" kind of place, ideal for travelers looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly, clean stay in a great location.

Had a great stay in Malang. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and helpful at all times. I’d rate them 10/10! The rooms were nice, clean, and neat, with beautiful views of the mountains. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the train station and Rainbow Village.

Front office staffs were the best. Polite and always smiling.
Aircon doesn’t work and we slept in a warm room.
Room service was horrible!! Fish and chips came with rice and crackers. Fish nuggets and sausages. Soto ayam was with few strand of chicken that looks like leftover from fried chicken. Served cold!
Breakfast mac and cheese was without cheese and cream. Not edible at all. We just had coffee..

This is the first time my wife and I have stopped at this hotel.
When we got to our room we found that the kettle leaked, a member of staff got a new one delivered to our
room in about 15mins.
The hotel is just around the corner (about 5 mins walk) from a great place to eat.
Nothing to not like.
The only comment my wife made was that the swimming pool was shorter than most.

It was close to nice places to eat
We were woken up at 6am by a staff member knocking our door repeatedly. When we finally got up they were looking for an iron?? I spoke to reception to complain, but no one speaks English, and they just smiled and said sorry. Very loud room, staff walk around with walks talkys which are so loud, they do not care. Weird beeping noises from the door, which wake up the whole floor if the door is not closed properly.
Rooms are smaller than expected. There is no main light , so it's very dark to get ready in.
