As expected.
This is my 2nd stay at this facility. On the last day, I lost one of the room keys. The hotel was stingy about it. I already lost and suffer from the lost as I have to wait for.my spouse to comeback to get inside and you still charge me. I know it's very minimum value but, you are a 5 star hotel. I rarely have to return the plastics door key at other 4+ star hotels. I get it that rule is a rule. However, not sure if I want to come back here

Nothing good exept the location, room facilities was old, pool was not clean, breakfast and dinner was so so and bored. Very expensive, same price with 4 stars hotel but the facilities was 2 stars hotel

this is my 2nd time staying here and i love the luxury feel it gives. my room is big and clean, bathroom is huge and we got the room that has one of the best view overlooking the pool and mountains at the same time. enjoyed all the facilities. my kids love the swimming pool even though it was super cold, playground, game room.. all of it. The breakfast spread was good, not the best I've had but it was pretty good for Indo food. The staffs were all very polite, friendly and kind, always eager to help and will greet you every time you see them. Although the hotel looks a little run down, i think it's a bit old but they maintain it pretty well. I was given the same room i was in last year, thanks to the check in staff, Era, who served us with much happiness. All in all, my family and I had wonderful experience staying in this hotel both times and we would love to be back again and again.
Hotel is in Batu so it's about 30mins grab ride to Malang City. It's not super far but sometimes the traffic jam can be a bit unpleasant. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Water in the pool is cold because Batu's weather is quite chilling but they also have sauna and warm jacuzzi, which is nice. Despite that, my kids still swam at night because the pool is really nice. some rooms, especially the one i was in, has very2 limited power point so it's not convenient when you have a few gadgets to charge. We also booked other rooms and the other rooms had more power points so i'm not sure why the room i was in had only 1 usable power point, also one in the bathroom and the other is actually for the lamp. It would be good if they can put power point on each sides of the bed for charging the phone at night. Lastly, I don't like it that they don't provide ironing facilities in every room because I would prefer to iron my clothes myself before i wear it instead of sending it to the laundry everyday.

Nice and comfy hotel. There are plenty activities that we could choose, such as basketball, tennis, cycling, and of-course swimming and it has jacuzzi which is great. They also have gym, also play room for the kids. Love the scenery here, the garden make it perfect for us just to stroll around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic too, and the service was immaculate.

Nothing in fact
Most of everything i must confess....the main important part of the management is to make as much money they and hospitality is in no way in sight anymore. I came here several times during 8 years and the service and the rooms became during those years less and less. For me a reason to skip Singhasari the next time when I will be again in Malang/Batu.

The staff were very friendly, the place itself is beautiful, the room was big, clean and comfortable.
The food isn’t very good. Doesn’t cater for vegetarians very well. Cannot walk anywhere. It’s on a main road with no foot path. Staff cannot call taxis for you and English is very limited.
