The Javanese-inspired design gave it a unique vibe especially for a foreign guest. There was access to a convenience store right across the street.
1. DOUBLE CHARGE: Charged twice on my card and am not sure if I could ever get a refund. And since we came on peak season, room price was around x3 of the usual rate. I don't understand the system with RedDoorz. There is no sign of willingness from the property to assist us in this regard. There is no response from RedDoorz to this day (3 days after stay). 2. BAD FOOD: The cafe was part of their charm, but it was closed. Breakfast was served in packs. We got a family room, but breakfast was just for 2? 3. ACCOMMODATION: The place needs a touch-up. The wooden designs and traditional items on display at the lobby and in the room were dusty. Our family room had antique cabinets which was all right but they were too dusty to be used. Outlets were old and loose. The water from the sink outside the bathroom flowed straight to the toilet floor! Also, it was so inconvenient to have to go down to the lobby for hot water. And speaking of hot water, there was no hot water in the shower!

The staff is really helpful. The staff ( a guy) who is helping check in, he is very informative. Everything runs smoothly. Also, the room is quite big with affordable prices. Will be back here again if visiting malang in the future.
Sometimes, there are mosquitoes in the room. And the lighting is not bright enough. Need more attention also with the wifi, it's always disconnected by itself.

It has a big room, with modern tv and tables, chairs, common balcony, beautiful bed, good customer service
An ac power outlet was uncovered by the plastic protection and got electrocuted. It is a bit far from city center.

It has free WiFi. Heater is available. Bed are comfortable. The staff are really helpful. I ask for the receptionist to help transfer some money for the deposit since I can't do international transactions at night and give her cash.
The furniture is quite old. There is dust and hair on the floor.

The place and the staff was nice. Perfect foe family and the location is only 2 minutws from Malang highway. There is only dust in the corners of furnitures and the standing lamp. But the beds and towels are clean. Recommended for family vacation, just pay attention to cleanliness.
