Friendly staff. Basic room that was good for a few nights. Lots of choices at breakfast (mostly indonesian). Cheap room service!
We could hear the noise from the street very well and we were also woken up by the prayers. Pool is only 0,8m so we didn’t use it.

The hotel's location was great. Not too far from our family residents.
The rooms are small but comfortable enough to be a hub if you spend time mostly strolling the city or visiting destination near Malang (such as JATIM PARK in Batu)
The staff are really helpful and responsive.
Iron, hairdryer and hot cattle are available by request.
Food during breakfast is also good (simple but ok).

I’d complained about the Air Con, every one hour it will be off by itself, they sent an engineer to fix it, but instead of solve the problem, he changed the remote, and it didn’t solve anything, end up I couldn’t sleep, because I had to on it every one hour.
They don’t have any bathroom curtain, so the water will splash everywhere inside the bathroom.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They helped to book a trip and were polite throughout. The room was clean and to a good standard for the price.
The room was road facing which was quite noisy in the night.

The staff were great and really helpful. The breakfast was superb with lots of choice and different things every day. The room was functional and cleaned daily
The location is a bit out from the centre so def need transport to get about - we hired a bike but traffic is so busy! Noisy guests next door were a pain - also swimming pool was shallow and not really good for anything but a dip. Lots of training meetings going on too

Pleasant
I stayed here for remote work and the desk was oke. The price was the cheapest I could get for what I would get I thought. If I knew the bathroom was like that I probably would have paid a bit more and get another hotel. The stay for a week was oke, my girlfriend later joined the room as well. For 2 nights it's oke, for longer I would spend more money and get a bigger bed and cleaner bathroom in another hotel.
The bed was a bit too small for my taste. The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect from all the reviews I read before. There was black mold and there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom would be wett after taking a shower. Also the pool is so small that I would not go here if that's something you would use as a reason to book here.
