Everything from the moment I stepped it was fabulous. The service is excellent from every single member. The villa was perfect and quiet. It was clean and well maintained. The best I had stayed in !

The staffs are very friendly n place is clean.
The location is quite isolated. Beach is clean but there are sand flies. We got bitten. Things there are rather expensive compared to Singapore. Food varieties not much at the hotel.

The villa was clean and comfortable. The initial idea was to have a long romantic weekend away and to have everything we needed within resorts the staff were helpful and friendly but this did not compensate for the poor level of the facilities elsewhere.
Unfortunately everything outside of the villa was exceptionally poor. The food particularly the breakfast was appalling. The food was poor quality, the menu limited and the breakfast was bad. Bread was stale, the hot dishes were cold and the offer was limited

Very spacious rooms. The private villas with pools are exceptional and the staff are all so lovely. They knew my kids by their names and we only stayed there for 3 days.
The property is a little dated but its maintained really well.

Pantai Indah is a great place to stay in Bintan. I had been to Bintan quite a few times and stayed in most of the popular hotels but Pantai Indah is perhaps the best place I've stayed. The property is new, well maintained and best part was it was not over crowded like some other hotels I have stayed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa sharing with another friend's family. The villa is really spacious with a huge living dining space with comfortable sofas and a decent sized dining table. The private pool was a bonus and loved our times in the pool. One thing that stood out during our stay was the services provided by the staff. It was simply superb. They just did everything to make us happy and serviced all our requests with smiling faces. We were really impressed with the service level. We will definitely go back to Pantai Indah again in near future.
1. By the standard of the resort itself, the breakfast spread needs improvement. With limited choices and a small spread, there's room for improvement. 2. There should be a telephone in the living room, specially for the 2 bedroom villas. Every time one needs to walk to the bedroom to call room service or housekeeping

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didnt hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.
The kitchen facilities were a microwave and a fridge freezer with enough crockery and cutlery for each guest, but there wasnt anything to prep food with, and there wasnt really a proper supermarket anywhere nearby either. This was fine for making drinks and snacks, but in reality self catering here isnt a viable option. This wasnt the end of the world for us, as there are a lot of other options for food, but it is useful to know as it wasnt quite clear from the room description what the kitchen area would include.

the villa is quite spacious. When calling to the reception to request for something normally our request been attended quite speedy.
poor maintenance of the villa. My husband fingers got cut by the swimming pool falling tiles, and hotel dont have internal medical team. They drive my husband to a tourist clinic to bind up and request my husband to pay himself! End up we talk to their manager and they only help us pay for the charges unwillingly. During night time, the restaurant staff was threatened us that if we dont choose buffet and choose to order ala carte we will need to wait for more than an hour. They also serve us water after 20-30mins because we ordered ala carte. The room water was quite dirty too(yellowish) most of the time.

Villa was very clean, tidy and private. ALL staff were friendly, attentive and you can tell they tried their best to provide as good a service as they know how, from driver to chef and everyone else in between. As good guests we should be respectful and conduct ourselves with decorum too - having said that, we didnt witness anything untoward since we hardly saw any other guests around mid week.
Food was delicious and for 3D2N stay, sticking to the local portion of menu there was enough variety to meet our needs for lunch and dinner. Any longer and we would probably include the western portion of the menu or vice versa. Just expect Singapore restaurant prices and you wont feel disappointed. For Lagoi prices, we feel its just about right.
The beach was beautiful and flat - 2hrs before high tide, I could walk far out and still sit on the sandy bottom with water at chest level. Walking out, the water was clear, clean and lower than hip level.
Well, different strokes for different folks, and unless we want to try an outlying resort beyond half hour drive from the jetty, we would stay here again.
