Location and gardens, cleaner was lovely and most of the staff, special request to put 3 beds in room 24m2, granted but this was a mistake on my behalf, just no room to move with suitcases. Majority older Australian folk. Easy going hotel and could ask kitchen for hot water as no kettle. room was clean and bright enough in day. Opposite corner bar and posers only 4 minutes away, beach 5 minutes by walk if you cut thru lane way near melasti.
Sheets stained, old and very worn, no toiletries supplied, no clothes rack, no kettle, bathroom tiny.

Great location, lovely gardens, very good service. Lovely staff, quiet and very calm.
Getting very tired. Sheets kept falling off the bed, no mattress underlay. Towels old, no bath mat or hand towel. Not enough lounge chairs around the pool, and they are very old.. the cushions are falling apart! These are all things that could be fixed easily!!!

Location and pool were great, general feel of the property was calm and relaxed
Our room was upstairs and a little too hotel like for how I like to stay in Bali. The downstairs rooms or bungalows would have been more suited to me but no complaints for the price from me

Sinar was perfect for our needs. We stayed only for a couple of nights to ease into our holiday until our large group of friends arrived. The location was perfect with all amenities (ATM, restaurants, chemist, Circle K, bike hire) within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was large and had plenty of lounges for guests.
The room we stayed in was a little small - but at the pricepoint, we were more than happy.
