Nothing anymore except the staff are always lovely
No towels till I asked twice finally received them at 8:30pm

First no patio then got moved to another room
Staff said all changed now how you book
Not impressed considering I come to Bali twice a year
Husband broke his foot in Bali so wanted near the pool as he cant walk far or I have to use his wheelchair
Not very accommodating didnt care if I had to pay more for it to be enjoyable for him and grandson

The staff were awesome, isles of smiles from them all day every day, very helpful as well, the rooms were great very clean, I liked it very much that our rooms were cleaned every day which was a bonus for me. The food was exceptional and our stay there was great. Location was pretty good cause the hotel was close to massage therapies, laundry's, shopping mauls and restaurants. Close to pharmacies and all your daily needs. All and all my wife and I were satisfied and happy with our stay at four points by Sheraton in kuta.
Only one negative was waiting on food when we have ordered especially the pizza it took quite a long time every tome we ordered food.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lagoon pool is beautiful, but the sun shines on a very small part of the pool, the building around it prevents it. Hotel situated in a busy area, on a narrow street, surrounded with small shops of souvenirs and cheap, local clothes. You can reach Beachwalk shopping mall and coastline in 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, we spent a good time there.

The breakfast was really good and the staff would order your eggs for you get tea or coffee etc they were so helpful also the pool deck cocktails were excellent
The room was fine but there was nothing to sit on except the bed the one and only seat was on the small balcony in the heat otherwise you had to sit on the bed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of a variety of dishes. Room was served daily. Rooftop and ground floor pools a delight. Special events like buffet dinner, fire dance and musician during the evening was great.
Not the hotel's fault, but the streets around it are tiny and delays traffic.

We stayed here after our daughters wedding. The rooms are very well appointed, everything we needed. The pools were immaculate and the swim up bar pool on the roof was amazing.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our stay.
Food options are limited, and could be bot cleaner. Access to the hotel was bit difficult as its a very narrow road.
