Exceptional
Hotel is very safe. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to almost anything you would want as a traveler from banks, tour operators, churches, restaurants, malls and especially the beach behind the hotel. Germaine Beach I think.

The room I stayed in was not very clean. I found dust and strands of hair on the floor and table. There are not too many choices on the breakfast menu

We booked 6 rooms. The check in and check out were smooth. The Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious for 2 pax. Room amenities were sufficient.
The pool at the top was nice to see the sunset and chilling out.
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid.
We travelled on a mini bus (Elf). However, the van was not allowed to park on the premise and the driver had to stay at another hotel. After the argument went back and forth, the van was allowed to park. However, at that time, the driver was already pissed off with the attitude of the security personnel and booked another hotel for himself. This incident was very inconvenient for us
Maybe the hotel should have a clear policy on this. Of course when you book 6 rooms, you will travel in a bigger van.

In booking.com we were promised we could stay with 5 at the hotel. Booked and paid for 5. Days on booking. arriving at fav hotel, they supplied 4 beds. No way they were going to supply one more although on booking 3 slept in abed for two

The location is great, next to a shopping centre (under construction) which gives you quick access to the beach!
There is no pool bar as shown in the pictures, the whole rooftop/pool is under construction and looks worn

Wonderful
It is a very good hotel near Kuta beach. The location is good, and there are many restaurants to eat. It is very close to Discovery Mall Kuta. Their wifi is very good. Their breakfast has many options to eat. The room is very good and the bed is very comfortable to sleep at night. Overall value for money.

Perfect pool on the rooftop.
Good buffet breakfast.
The bar and restaurant on the rooftop were closed.

The location was great.
The photos are not what you get. Especially the pool area. The staff were not accommodating in the slightest and over all i would say very disappointed. I was placed in a room on the same floor as the conferences right outside the meeting area, which made it extremely loud from late at night to early hours of the morning, I would have been nice for the staff to have considered it. I asked for late checkout, they couldnt give me past 1pm and then proceeded to call me at 11:30am requesting I leave by 12pm
The pool area was beyond disappointing with no service at all, no towels and it is a mess with signs say under maintenance but no warning before about it.
