The ambience and the layout was Okey.. but to be honest, every single side of the property needs to be fixed and cleaned. Even for the wifi facility, in this digital era should be fixed. Breakfast was fine with the price, and concept of this resort should be well informed to their customers since our neighbors play the music soooo loud and it disturbing. We booked for two night but the next day, I decided to check out. Well.. it was an experience though. Thank You
Cleanliness and concept of the property whether it for peace and quiet to stay or you can stay out loud without considering other people who stay there too

Swimming pool can not use, one of our plan to stay is to swim but unfortunately swimming pool can not use both of them. Asking for change towel but no body change our towel. Bathroom dirty, sink leaking. Curtain detached and windows broken can not close properly. Only one person st. By at reception when she need to show unit to new guest we need to wait to get service, take time.

The garden is beautiful
Toilet/bathroom dirty and not functional ☹️ also very noisy too crowded a lot of people gathering and music karaoke too loud!

The in-check entrance was nice and being in the nature was nice. Staff had friendly smiles. We also received 4 small bottles of water, which was nice. That’s about everything unfortunately.
Dirty surroundings, dirty room (including previous visitors hair in bathroom), airco not working well, no warm water (not even after 5 to 10 minutes waiting), broken sockets, and you can hear normal conversations from rooms next to you. There was a conference during our stay and those visitors did even karaoke at 3 am while staff promised us it would be quiet at 10. And they started with being out at 4-5 again. Also, we were late at check in but had to wait cause there was a leak in the room. The leak did not stop when we stayed there 1 night. This place was at least twice as expensive than our stay in other places and the quality was (sorry but true) way too poor.

Comfortable beds and a good size room. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant seemed understaffed and closed quite early with a limited menu.

Location, green area, polite receptionist. Overall a nice place, requiring: 1 clean up 2 proper management 3 staff training 4 maintenance
No hot water, although it's advertised. They explained they have a central water heater serving the whole resort, so forget about hot water. 2 swimming pools, both unavailable. One supposed to be "under repair" - none was around "repairing" anything, another one simply abandoned to its misery, dirty and not maintained. Food - forget it, really embarassing. Waiters need to be properly trained. Drinks MUST be brought BEFORE the food, not after people finished eating...
