Morning breeze and the location of the villas among the trees
There is an opening above the main door through which insects and reptiles enter the villa. The location of the villa is far from services and the road to it is not desirable.

It was written in the description that it is in the Puncak area, but unfortunately it is about an hour away from Puncak, and the Booking administration did not help me in this matter despite sending more than one message asking for help from the site.

I recently stayed at this resort, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let me break it down for you. Positive Points: 1. The natural surroundings of the resort are absolutely stunning. If you're a nature lover, you'll appreciate the picturesque setting. 2. The pricing for our stay was quite reasonable, making it accessible to a wider range of travelers. 3. The staff members were generally polite and friendly, which added a touch of warmth to our stay. Negative Points: 1. A significant issue we faced was that despite booking two one-room villas, we were given a single villa with two rooms. Surprisingly, we were charged the same amount as we would have been for two separate villas. 2. Cleanliness was not a strong suit of the resort. Don't expect spotless accommodations, as our experience suggested that the cleaning left much to be desired. 3. Communication with the front desk and housekeeping was a challenge. We had to make numerous calls, often with no response, to get even basic requests fulfilled. 4. It's unfortunate that you have to constantly ask for things to be done. Simple tasks like cleaning the villa, providing water, or clearing used dishes seemed to be overlooked unless we reminded them. 5. The breakfast service was a letdown. We requested it to be delivered at 9 am, but it arrived after 10 am, even after following up with two calls. 6. Attention to detail is lacking. In one of the rooms, we noticed mismatched curtains, indicating a lack of thoroughness in maintaining the accommodations. 7. The overall cleanliness was subpar. Lingering dust indicated that some areas hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time. In summary, while the resort's natural setting and reasonable prices have their appeal, the service quality and attention to detail need significant improvement. If you're willing to overlook these shortcomings for the sake of the picturesque location, this resort might still be worth considering.
