Fantastic mountain view frome the room with mountain view. However if its rainy then its hard to see the mountain sometimes. But when you see it its fantastic. Very good breakfast, very good dinner and the staff cleans the room everyday. They smile and greet whenever they see me and my wife.
We did go dinner and one girl frome the staff did bring us water which we did not order and it was not bottle water. However her intension was good i assume she just didnt think and made a misstake. We tourist cant drink anything other then bottle water so please dont bring normal water next time.

Disappointing
The best is the location near to Bogar botanic garden.
The hotel's good year seemed to have passed some decades ago. Furnature and equipment is outdated (so on the stage of the 1980th). A lot of mildew in the bathroom (smelled really bad). Staff is hardly able to understand basic english (so not really recommended for foreigners who do not speak Bahsia Indonesia).

Don't choose it, whoever lives will regret it! I wouldn't choose it again either. Wanted to check out that night. First of all, the attitude of the service staff is very good, but this hotel gave us a very bad experience, because the room is very dilapidated, with collapsed mattresses, big pits, black sheets and quilt covers, bath towels and towels, and the room is not soundproof, and the noise pollution is serious. Didn't get a good night's rest. Why is it still 4 stars on booking, I don't understand? This hotel only looks like 1 star, but its room rate is 4 star price. very worthless

Overall, comfortable room with sufficient facilities. I really liked that spacious room that even I brought so many stuffs during my stay, it didn't feel crowded. A little trouble during my check-in that I could enter my room without the key card. But once I informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite okay, but the fruits were displayed directly to the sunlight so it was not fresh.
I think the common area could be improved. The lobby were quite gloomy and felt empty. While the AC in restaurant area were always turned off so that it felt hot inside. Lots of improvement needed in these areas.

breakfast buffet was good, very friendly staff, big beds and rooms, easy check-in, wifi worked well. I was very thankful for the water refill!
