We had a really good stay at Trizara Resorts! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Loved the peaceful location and the glamping setup; spacious and cozy. The food was great but a little pricey. The WiFi worked well. The play area for kids is amazing. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
Availability of drinking water. Although there were water dispensers, we were unsure how clean these were especially that they are outdoors and exposed to the elements.

Nice place to relax for a short holiday. The place was very cooling. BBQ was good. Will recommend to friends

The glamping tents were great - spacious, comfy and well equipped. Food choices and prices were good. Resort facilities were good. Location and proximity to attractions were also pretty good. Friendly staff.
Very, very noisy at night - unfortunately (other than the call to Prayer which we understand) there was loud music until very late at night which kept us awake. The resort seemed to prioritise team building groups of Indonesian people above locals. We were consistently told to eat in lower, partially covered/wet area and the food was slow to be served, all served at different times and was cold too. The priority was the large groups and other tourists, including ourselves, were not considered important.

I like the view in front of my tend, i love quiet place and i can explore everything there such as reading, watching the sunset and sunrise, it is a wonderful place to hide from noise
I will recommend for the food to order such as yakiniku , steamboat and something that we can boil the water become such of dinner i guess

The resort was beautiful, the "tent" was big, cozy, comfortable and clean. Very serene. Love the place and the warm and helpful staff.
