Location was close to many shops and small restaurants

An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was outstanding—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with premium features that made it feel truly luxurious. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfort of the bed to the stunning ambiance that made relaxing effortless. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistently attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

Nice room and the bed was so comfortable.
Breakfast is okay and enough variety.
The swimming pool was nice.
The only concern is the hot shower in our room wasn’t properly heated. It took a long time but still not warm enough.

Room is spacious, good for our group because they have big sofa so no need to add extra bed. My group is 2A and 3C, so no extra charge for extra bed. Breakfast has many varieties. The room AC is cold.
hot water for shower did not work at all,, so we have to take the cold shower... for the price IDR 3,7 Mio per night definitely not worth to stay here. the pool is tooo small. no place for kids to play (no playground), they have kids activity but not good enough for my kids.

I had a great stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the employees, so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in quick and gave excellent local tips. Their warm attitude really made a difference. Highly recommended!
