Very Good
I like the many facilities it’s provide, I like the breakfast…it’s tasty, especially the tahu telor. I like the layout of the hotel, it’s feel homy and so green
I was staying in the old building - Thailand suite, it’s clean enough but maybe with more necessary equipment for the bathroom - like rack/cabinet/more hanger to put some clothes or personal equipment, would be more convenient. The furniture quite outdated, the couch need new case, the bed is not as soft as expected for the price paid, the additional blankets that I asked also looked old and dull, the pillow kinda flat.

Wonderful
Breakfast options was good. Play area and other facilities, kids friendly resort. Strawberry farm was good. The environment had positivity…
No elevator hence climbing stairs was little inconvenient, specially for my Mother who is a bit old.

The staff are friendly. The location is good. The ambience is cozy. The facilities are interesting for kids, especially the strawberry farm.
The room is a bit dirty and dusty. There are some ants in the room and also on the bed, it makes uncomfortable. The breakfast is ala carte, so there are not may choices.
