Comfy bed and location.
Light in the bathroom not enough, especially above the mirror area. They shouldn't use torn mat to put for guest in the bathroom.

- The staff are helpful and polite - The room is spacious, - Next door is a factory outlet store with connecting access for hotel lobby - with 10% discount for guest staying in the hotel, better quality than other outlet store along Jalan Riau - Several great local cafe surround and within walking distance
- Cigarette smell in the room is too strong even after I asked for air refresher. This is the main issue. - The bedsheet and linen should be washed up in a better laundry. - As I took the exec room, I got a more spacious room but alas this is in the front side facing the road without sound proof from the busy road.
