Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfort. It's located in Dago Bawah area, very convenience to go around the city. Staff was very friendly and helfpul. I was being upgraded during this visit. Thank you!

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bathroom was good, had amenities as needed. We had inroom dining for dinner and food were very nice and tasteful. Breakfast was great, staff friedly. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again

Very Nice, Comfortable Hotel in a great location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Gina who kept me supplied with freshly brewed coffee at breakfast :) Breakfast was well stocked and great variety

Room very decent, clean and nice, staffs are helpfull and friendly, location is in the middle city of Bandung lots of good cafes & Resto.
The elevators!!.. when we were there the hotel was in full occupancy. Only 2 elevators serving the whole building.. we have to wait for quite long just to go down. Not a good experience though
