Breakfast was ok, location is very close to Bandung station and also opposite of Paskal 23 shopping area.

The location is close to the station.
The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortable.
The bathroom really lets this hotel down. Definitely in need of modernising. The shower was very old and smelled mouldy. But it was functional.

The swimming area and gym were nice. The room aesthetic was also good.
There was no internet. The wifi was horrible. Also the shower was not really clean and no warm water.

The small Cafe69 in the internal parking area.
The hotel was unbelievably filthy and run down.
Luke warm water in the shower and sink, both drains struggled to work if at all.
The air-conditioning has seen better days, judging by the noise.
The rooftop breakfast area was so dirty, particularly the carpeting and seating furniture, that put you off from using the dubious included breakfast. I've never seen a carpet in this bad state anywhere in all my travels! Our room came a close second to this sorry spectacle. Also the TV couldn't be configured to adopt a profile change, and the surly desk staff didn't care to help solve the problem for us.
What a disgraceful price they charged for this dump!

Facilities and the location near the train station, the mall and the food village
The shower was full with limescale and could really use a deep clean. It smelled like it was allowed to smoke in the hallway and unfortunately you can't book any tours and they also don't got flyers of tours. Though it's nice it's so close to the trainstation you can hear the trains in your room at night honking

The hotel boasts a diverse range of amenities. In addition to its convenient location near the train station and Pascal Mall, it offers a wealth of features and services for guests to enjoy.
I really enjoy taking hot baths, relaxing in the steam room, savoring the variety of dishes available at breakfast, and the friendly staff in the accommodations.

Hello, sorry to be honest but this is the worst hotel since I traveled to Indonesia…never seen such a dirty room and bathroom…almost no hot water…the floor was never cleaned during the 4 days of my stay, hair everywhere, sheets and towels sometimes yellow…nauseating smells from the shower…of course the staff is as always very nice but this hotel structure is like a 40 year old cruise ship that is taking on water from all sides…it is high time that the owner(s) undertake serious work to clean and refresh…in summary this hotel is not worth the 3 stars advertised but rather 2, and never the 900000 rp that I paid but maximum 450000 rp per night…good luck and have a good day everyone
