Staff are helpful and friendly
No windows in the room. I woke up with hives and saw bed bugs. Bed sheet looks clean but feels and smells humid. You easily hear traffic and noises from the corridor. Not very well isolated.

The bedroom design is excellent but actually the cleanliness of the rooms are rather poor. The corners of the floors of the shower and toilet are not thoroughly cleaned. Accumulated dust and stain. Perhaps due to energy saving measures, the hot water for the shower is less thank 37C body temperature. It has to be warmer to a minimum 45-50C. The technician came in to help, polite and apologetic but couldn't help much. Parking inside the hotel's undeground garage is challenging.

The staff was so kind, room was clean, and even though I stayed 3 weeks. There where enough brackfast options for me. Food in the hotel was overall good and the rooftop is a nice place to stay in the evening an enjoy the view.
The reams can be a bit noisy. So you can hear people talking in the halfway. And if there is a loud motorcycle outside you can hear this. To me not really a issue though. I sleap quite deep. And could easily manage without needing earplugs.

De Paviljoen is already for several year our favourite hotel to stay when we are in Bandung to meet with friends. The place is reasonably priced, providing decent accommodation in a convenient neighbourhood (with plenty of restaurants). The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. Special compliments go to Dadi who runs the hotel rooftop bar Vesper l, together with colleagues. Very professional and with a natural touch of welcoming hospitality. I enjoyed every moment there with a drink and a friendly conversation. Will certainly be booking that place the next time we come to Bandung

I like the prominent location in city central, close to every place that I would like to explore. I like the cleanliness for the room, toilet, beds and our room in general, loved it clean and smell nice. The room is spacious, amenities that consistently supplied. Your stateroom crew is attentive, the technical team is responsive in attending our toilet issue on the first day, Room service, although the menu is simple, but the food is tasty, it's great value for the money. Your oxtail soup is a great, love the oxtail meat it so thick. The meat filling tofu was great, the food temperature was hot, room service staff was helpful and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay
I do believe additional face towel would be great addition to the amenities pack. And the quality of the bath towel could be refreshed", the bath towel is kind of old. The Hair Dryer, for 4 stars hotel, the hair dryer is too small, it ends up wasting more of electrical power to dry the hair; bigger hair dryer means drying hair faster, and shorter use of electrical power, and off course cost efficient. Breakfast charging could be improved, for 150 per pax it's a bit above the average price. I would suggest routine training of hotel reception staff, to ensure they are familiar with Hotel Facilities, Services and all events that happened within the facility; hospitality is also means anticipating the guest needs, to have this done, Reception team must know what hotel could offer to fullfill the guest needs. Anticipate do not improvise. Thanks

This is a boutique hotel; it was renovated from and old building several years ago and hasn't been touched since. The location is great, there's a convenience store next door and there's several nice, upper class restaurants nearby with excellent food. This hotel is busy only because of its location and nothing else. I would not stay here again, it's not worth the money.
The hotel lobby looks new but the rooms and the rest of the hotel are old and need updating/renovations. The rooms are old and there's no privacy for the showers and washrooms; it's all open. And the hotel is not as clean as you would expect for the price that you pay. The staff is friendly but the service is not so good. My room had a broken kettle, I asked for a working one and they brought me another broken one. I had to go down to the reception to get a third one that was actually working.
