Pleasant
Location, spacious rooms.
As this is high season, I think the hotel got overloaded. The lobby cramped during check ins and outs. Parking que takes time. I booked for three days but my keys was mistakenly timed for two, i think because for the high season mistakes happen.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and security is very well managed. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options and drinks. Most importantly, the hotel staff truly made my stay — especially Naila--whose attitude and professionalism were the main reason I extended my booking for an additional night.
On the first night, I was assigned a room where the lighting and cleanliness did not fully meet my expectations; however, the team handled this very professionally. They promptly changed my room, upgraded me to a superior category, and provided a room with an exceptional view and a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall cleanliness, bed comfort, and the quick response from maintenance were excellent.
Some areas of the hotel and parts of the furniture would benefit from renovation and modernization

I was very impressed with this hotel. Big shout out to "Naila" who was extremely wonderful at her job, making us feel welcome with her personality and professionalism. Large room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection. The location of the hotel is easy walk to tourist spots and is directly opposite a mall. Hotel was also able to assist with providing a driver to visit area's around Bandung. Special mention to Yayan Supriatna for his knowledge of the area and showing us around

The pool is dirty, the hallway is dirty, Breakfast is not organized and test not good, the eggs department very slow work and cooking with dirty oil. Should be cooking eggs with butter.

Arrived at 09.00 am and the nice gentleman who is one of the receptionist offered me an early check in which very rare and helpful due to i had an emergency meeting. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and complete amenities. Location was close to city center, food stalls and most importantly close to work. Breakfast was good.
Not dislike more so as an input, mini fridge was not working might to check on that

Overall, it was a great location near to almost everything you don't need to take taxi for long distance for dinner or lunch it's by down 1st floor KFC or different coffee shop on the other side of the road
Housing is kind of really needed to improve that i was mentioned to the front desk and hope they will consider
