The hotel is nice, with friendly staff. It has a perfect location—just a 10-minute walk to Malioboro Street.
The breakfast offers many options, but they are quite similar, and the toaster doesn’t work properly.

What’s makes this hotel great is the large open spaces with coffee tables and armchairs that you can relax in. There a quite a few of these areas some that look over ponds. These areas are set back from the street some 30m and elevated with views of the tree lined streets. There is a partly winding almost grand staircase to the second floor lovely. A grand piano sits on level 1 a testament to the hotels past as an upper market gentleman’s and ladies facility. You can relax in many different areas of this hotel independent of your room and for me this is what makes this hotel great. Not to mention first class service with a smile from the staff. You can stay at this hotel with absolute confidence. Walk to station Walk to Bandung SQ Braga St. Go over the railway line to the clothing stalls and look for the traditional food market down Ana escalator it’s an eye opener for us pampered Bule.
Like all Indonesian buildings homes hotels they have no concept of maintenance. Some upkeep would be a bonus but it doesn’t really detract from the design of this hotel

Nice hotel, staff & location near Pasar Baru, Kartika Sari & Bandung train station (even need to walk to the bridge with a staircase almost rotten) breakfast have many choices

Room is okay, we got one pair of sandals instead of two. Breakfast is really nice and it has variety of food. Location is really good as you only need 10 minutes to walk from Bandung Train Station.
The staff is a bit slow and sometimes they look like they don't know what is going on. The pool could have been open longer and more light could be installed around the pool area.

Very strategic location.?.Close to station, Braga Street, Pascal and Suiderman St. Very clean and comfortable bed, great rooftop pool and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic variety for breakfast.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big and it has the biggest pillow ever!
Overall, the hotel design is abit dated. And 1 of the lifts is not working. So waiting time is longer for the lift if you stay at higher floors. I stayed there for 4 nights but it seems no one is reparing the lift.
