Breakfast was great, pastries could have been better, too sweet e.g iced doughnuts
Not all rooms smelt fresh, two rooms smelt musty, need to address a damp problem.

Villa nelayan is within walking distance to the beach ,where you can swim, surf etc.
We were a group of friends and family , the staff was nice and attentive, we felt very welcome throughout our stay. they try their best to make our holiday memorable. breakfast was good, serve western and Indonesian breakfast. The villa come with big ground where kids able to play with Beautiful swimming pool. Clean and big bathroom, decent size modern bedroom with Balinese touch. The best thing staying at this villa that we can reguest to the property to cook us lunch or dinner.

Out butler Adi was fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The villa has an open layout which is exactly what we are looking for, plenty of room to gather around with your friends and family. Large pool and they have pool table on the second table.

liked the villa grounds, the pool and the outdoor bathrooms.
no aircon in communal area and only one fan. Breakfast a bit hit and miss. Had to ask for jam. Very basic Snake in bathroom. Staff could not find and did not know what to do. Mgr on site did not speak to me about situation. Lack of communication by staff on premises during the day. Eg needing a taxi, was recommended to go to top of driveway and organise myself. Unsure what staff should be doing. Maybe they weren't sure either? Outdoor furniture in photos was not the same as what we had. No outdoor table or chairs/bean bags

The property was set back from the busy main road and was like an oasis to arrive home to. Staff friendly and the property was absolutely beautiful.
3 of the 5 air conditioners in the bedrooms were inefficient due to age and corrosion. As it was extremely hot and humid the rooms weren't cool enough because of they were old. Wouldn't choose this place again because of this as staying cool was a priority.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. We dont usually have staff coming in and out of villa all day, so not much privacy.
The decking around the pool desperately needs to be replaced.
Lack of privacy, staff coming and going all day and repair men.
