It's a fantastic place for a peaceful getaway. Their restaurant food was all great and perfect ocean view from the swimming pool. Nice breakfast delivered to the balcony every morning. Staff are accommodating in booking activities and very attentive.

Communication about transport package was not good enough (we were asked by driver to pay extra money for parking or tolls). Overall prices for package should be made more explicit to avoid misunderstanding or errors

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good prices on the menu and breakfast was alright (we liked the fried rice).
The pool was clean it is salt water though.
Great views over the sea.
Nice hut, comfy bed, nice to have a kettle, fridge and seating area on the balcony.
Free transfer from yellow bridge.
Good communication.
500ml bottle water in room and refreshing welcome drink.
Easy to walk to other bars/resturant/shop.
They offer tours and bike hire.
I've stayed in hostls that offer free filter bottle refills...this should be offered.
The shower wasn't good due to no hot water.
Loads of ants getting into everything. (personal thing).
Both cocktails and mocktails weren't great.
The sunbeds/seating furniture needs replacing as some of it is getting tired.
Wifi was OK but not the best when on video calls.

It would be great if they paved the area around the hotel. It is a strange entry that lets down what is otherwise a very beautiful location.

The owners are such wonderful people you feel like family! They went out of their way to help us with rides tours and whatever else we needed! The view is the best on the island in my opinion!

Very friendly staff! Loved watching the sunsets. Our shower didnt have warm water but thats okay. Rented a scooter at the place and also booked a tour.

Amazing view + sunset, such a quiet place and just 10-15minutes drive to each part of Lembongan. Clean, kind staff, they can organize every type of activity + rent scooters directly from the hotel (you need one to move). The hotel restaurant is also amazing and everything for great prices. Value for money is amazing, Id absolutely come back if I can get a room.
It may be a bit faraway but if you are okay with 4km scooter drive, you get an amazing view, nice and quiet rooms and great vibes

Breakfast is simple but tasty. The location is really good, you can enjoy wonderful sea views
Hot water is not steady we took cold baths two nights. The staff here helped with that, but it took long time to get the hot water.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, comfortable bed in clean bungalow with exceptionally friendly and caring staff, they made our stay very special!
Location is not easily accessible for walking, though staff are contactable by WhatsApp and very happy to help with transport, scooters are also available to rent!

I had my own private bungalow which was nicely appointed and private. The room had air conditioning, good wi-fi and a nice bathroom. The staff was attentive and helpful. I rented a motor scooter and spent the day visiting the attractions. The pool was wonderful and overlooked the water. Down the stairs next to the pool, is one of the best beaches on the island.
I could hear crying from a baby in the bungalow next to mine. I was surprised that the sounds carried between the bungalows. Not a big negative, just an observation that if you plan to get noisy...others will hear :)
