Location was good
We unfortunately had a bad experience in the Uma Canggu and as a result would not recommend staying here. On arrival to the room we noticed it looked extremely run down compared to what was shown in the pictures on booking.com.The general cleanliness of the room was not good with cobwebs and dust all over the room ,paint peeling off the walls and just an overall scruffy look to the whole place .I have attached pictures for reference. Later in the afternoon we noticed the sink in the bathroom didnt seem to be working.We approached the night receptionist and he said he would take a look at it. He entered our room and instructed us that the sink was not broken and made us feel like we were bothering him by asking for directions on how to use the sink (you will see in attached pictures the sink was held together by a string and you had to wiggle it back and forth to get it to work)he was extremely rude when we told him we were unsatisfied with the state of the room and asked if there were any other rooms available.I quote what do you want me to do about it as apparently the rooms are undergoing maintenance at the moment and there were no other rooms free. We have been travelling for over six months and have stayed in rooms a lot cheaper than this that have been so much nicer than what was provided here. Would not recommend.

Nice place, well located in Canggu (Batu Balong) with lots of shops and restaurants around. The swimming pool was great for relaxing with lots of sunbeds. Staff was super welcoming too.

Disappointing
The pool is nice and clean. The staff at reception is friendly and very helpful. The AC in the room was good.
The room was shocking. The walls require a coat of paint, the shower is too close to the glass you cant stand underneath it and the basin tap was held straight with a string. The shared kitchen had barely any utensils and was not kept tidy or clean. Construction next door with construction workers on the roof means its very noisy from very early in the morning and they look at the people at the pool (no privacy). They need to fix the basic things, and this would significantly change the look and feel of the property.

Lovely outdoor area with swimming pool and bean bags to chill which was really well maintained
Theres a fridge in the garden where you can take beers / water and pay at the end of your stay which was a nice addition
Rooms were comfortable and clean
Towels provided and new fresh ones a couple days after
Wanted to stay longer but we had to move on to the next place!
Only thing is the bin wasnt emptied during our stay - thats it

Loves the staff, the room and the pool.
Was in a great location not far from the beach walking or bike renting if your confident with that sort of thing.
Food all around is perfect and few small rooms in proximity.
They do have a kitchen to cook for yourself and couple loungers to relax on in the day
Price was abit overall expensive for the room. But on suite is there.
