Everything! It was a match at the first sight! A breathtaking view , a spick-and span clean villa with all possible facilities : anti mosquito stuff, coffee-tea, enough bottles of water , even an incense with rose smell. Sri is the best chef ever! You should try all her dishes, including desserts. Afternoon tea is a must as well: exquisite bananas or kiwi pancakes, grilled in coconut, simply amazing! All meals could be served in your villa or at the restaurant, both options are delightful : tastefully served and with the wonderful view. The staff are doing their best to respect your privacy and are extremely polite and smiling. We didnt want to leave this paradise haha . Thank you so much for your hospitality
The wi-fi didnt always work properly but it didnt bother us too much. The road to the villa has been mentioned before, just dont get worried as the hotel is absolutely worth all the bumps on the road :-)

If you are looking for 'ZEN' this is your place! In the hills overlooking the green rice fields and out to sea hubby and I were in heaven. We stayed in Villa Bougainvillia, a spacious, spotless, landscaped delight. The view was magnificent.. and from the infinity pool absolutely joyous. Full sun all day, no Mosquito's and total peace and relaxation. The staff have all worked here many years and are super efficient, kind, friendly and quietly go about their daily business without disturbance. I arrived "under the weather" and Sri our fabulous chef du cuisine and all round "fixer" did everything she could to help me, so I felt much improved afterwards...and boy can that lady can cook! Flavoursome, freshly bought ingredients went into our lovely meals each day either in Villa or at the lovely Boutique 4 table restaurant, which overlooks the sea. It was a real pleasure to taste the ' love' in her cooking, we enjoyed every mouthful. Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fragrant, no nasty "drain" smells, a hot, powerful shower pressure and plenty of clean, fresh smelling towels. Wonderful comfy bed too! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we certainly did. We didn't want to leave....but we will be back....100%! Thank you Sri & Ardi for a sensational stay...see you again soon.

the road to the place, as mentioned before, is not so great. even bad.
the road is owned by government, who do not want to improve it. the owners saved money to do it themselves. but because of corona had to use all their savings.
so let the road not be a reason not the book the place :)

The staff were outstanding who made the stay personalised for the occasion. I went with my mum for her birthday and they went above and beyond for us from flower decorations to getting her a birthday cake and a bouquet of beautiful flowers. The views were also amazing from this property with our own private inifinity pool with ocean views, you cant go wrong.
The only thing I didnt like is the photos of this property dont portray the beauty of this resort!!

This hotel is really great and everything is there for a pleasant and relax stay. All the staff is really nice and helpful.
The villa are really cocoons where you feel good.
No link with the hotel (which is really good), just Lovina area is not so wonderful and is not the place I prefer in Bali.

The pool and villa was great. From staff we specially liked this girl called Sri. She was really welcoming and helpfull for us.
Most of the staff was really nice and helpfull but there was this one gentleman who seem to be little strained or hypocrite. He's actions didn't made us feel comfortable or welcomming. The room/villa's price was ok but quality didn't quite match what we paid for. Toilet was leaking when we arrived but we managed to fix it our selves. Also most of the times there wasn't coming any warm water from the shower or you had to wait for it very long time to warm up. In the last days no one even didn't clean up our room properly... We even had our old dirty cups back cleaned poorly as a "new ones"! When it comes to prices, it's important to mention that food prices on hotel were ridiculously over priced because the food prices was the same or higher as in Europe. Quality was good but the portion were small. As a conclusion the "luxury" villas didn't quite match with our expetations anywhere but with the prices and the pool.

Everything! The staff were fabulous. The villa was private and luxurious. Food was delicious. I cannot fault a thing! We loved every second :) We will be back next year !
