Loved our stay here!!
Staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed, we couldve stayed here months!!
Amazing location right on the beach.
We stayed in 2 bedroom family villa which was super spacious, clean and comfortable.
We had half board so breakfast and dinner was included in price making it great value and food was very good.
Highly recommended and we will definitely return!!!!
Water pressure is very low in our room but I suspect that is likely everywhere here.
Kitchen in family villa needs utensils.

The staff were so friendly, so accommodating, very welcoming. They went out of their way to help us from planning excursions, keeping food in their fridge for us and serving it to us when we were ready. The pool looked cloudy and they immediately attended to it and soon it was crystal clear. We were right on the beach.
There nothing I didnt like.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and spacious Lovely pool area and gardens. Location was great to be close to the beach and some warungs and restaurants.
Some rooms, including ours was right next to the road which leads to the beach so was very noisy from 5am - 6am for people going on Dolphin cruises. Some days weren't as bad as others but if you are sensitive to it it is annoying.

This hotel has a thief among the staff. My friend forgot the white dress on the white sheet. We are 100% sure of this. But the staff told us they didn't find anything. How can you smile so good-naturedly and appropriate other people's things?

Very Good
American breakfast so good we had everyday. We sat down and our cup of tea was there as soon as the girls saw us. They also knew how we liked eggs etc. it was really great. The staff were great you should be very grateful how hard they work from the cooks in the kitchen to all the girls in the restaurant to the boys who clean the rooms Great job
The garden area around the pool needs a little work to make it more inviting.

Nice small resort, 8 small houses. Realy being away. Beautiful located on the sea / beach, in a line with other resorts. Very kind and helpful staff. Dolphin and snorkeling tour boats leave right in front, make reservations through the hotel.
A little away from the main town and market. The 4-bed room I think is a bit overpriced for what you get. And some lack of maintenance as usual, as things deteriorate fast here.

Super friendly staff. The vip villa is very large and has two lazy Balinese style lounge couches on the veranda. The outdoor bathrooms are stunning. The restaurant with sea view and feet in sand option serve fresh tasteful delicious meals.
With such friendly staff there is nothing to complain about

A convenient location on the beach near the village of Lovina. You can walk along the beach into town instead of taking the road. There are several warungs and cafes along the way. This is an area still lived in by locals and not highly developed for tourists. You get a feel for the real Bali. The lodging at the Starlight are two rows of little detached villas, with a sidewalk between them and a pool at the end. Some of the landscaping is labeled so you can learn about the trees they have planted, which is something I am interested in.
The facilities are a bit rundown and unkempt. It appears that the Starlight hotel was a quality development at one point in the past, but may have fallen on hard financial times since Covid. It needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading to merit a better rating. The staff on site were helpful while we were there, but a request I sent through Booking.com messaging the day before was never answered. I was wondering if anyone would be there when we showed up. My wife and I, in fact, were the only guests at the hotel. there were jewelry and clothing hawkers walking up and down the beach and persistently trying to sell us stuff. I dont mind it if they take no for an answer and move on. But some of them were very persistent, which is annoying.

Breakfast was good and the staff where great
When we booked the accommodation offered a TV with cable which wasn't included when we arrived, the pool was dirty and we couldn't use it but was given another pool which we could use which was a small walk away. Breakfast and the staff where great no complaints there. The bungalow was run down and needed work doing toilet seat broke, cupboard door didn't close properly and the door to the property didn't feel secure when locked.

This is a humble little Hotel which meets all basic needs.
The bungalow was clean, the bed big & comfy, the pool looked great & the Hotel was situated right on the water.
They were very accommodating with Breakfast for me as I am Vegan.
The staff were lovely but unfortunately a little too overextended because of staff cuts.
They did an amazing job & were always very kind & would do anything for you.
I throughly enjoyed my stay as it was quiet & a little bit away but within walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc.
Would definitely stay again.
Because of staff cuts the poor people that were working there were a bit run of their feet. They did an incredible job though.

The hotel is located on a very quiet spot right on the beach. Easy to grab a boat for snorkeling and to go see the dolphin. The service is super good. The swiming pool is deep enough to dive into it. Very relaxing stay

HUGE room for the price paid, located directly at the beach for easy access to the dolphin tours.
Food wasnt particularly good, so we preferred to eat outside, TV didnt work. The whole place looks a little abandoned.

Disappointing
The room wasn't clean, there were lizards inside, worm, spiderwebs. The kettle in the room was also dirty. The food was average. "Beach" and restaurant outside was unkempt (maybe it looks better in the high season but no in November).
