Its just little far from the center. But anyways they provide free shuttle to the center so i just loved the property

The overall experience was great and the hotel met our expectations. The view from the room is fantastic and the river calms and relaxes. We also liked the pool (and they have several). I will also put it as a plus, that the hotel is situated quite close to the wild nature and meeting monkey on your balcony/terrace is not a surprise :) If you mind your belongings and won't leave anything outside, you should be on a safe side. We kept our swim dress outside and they didn't seem to interest the monkeys, however I'd rather not experiment with the smartphones or jewellery. The experience was great, especially for our 8-year old son. Also, for me personally, I liked the kitchen of the restaurant.
Every morning you may find some fallen insects on a terrace couch as well as ants. It didn't bother me too much (they've been wiped away after each cleaning) and was a part of the in-depth Bali nature experience. The breakfast was a little bit spicy, almost all items were hard to eat if you are not used to the spicy food.

I felt like a queen in a palace. The hotel is perched on a hill overlooking the valley below, words can't describe the view.

I stayed at one of the Pool Villas in the Resort and it was the best. The infinity pool view was extraordinary! The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful! The resort staff booked a rafting trip, and an tour without asking for a fee. They also helped with laundry. I would definitely recommend staying staying at one of the pool villas. I will for sure come back since the price is reasonable. The resort exceeded my expectations and the pictures dont show the true beauty of the resort.
The food/drinks at the resort were a bit pricey.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Beautiful views over the jungle from the balcony in the rooms, and from the infinity pool. Breakfast was really good, and we felt we had plenty of options. The hotel is situated about 20-30 minutes outside of Ubud, but they have a free shuttle service to Ubud Center. One time we hadn't arranged pickup in the evening after going to the night market, but they gladly came and picked us up when we called them. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, and everyone we spoke to spoke sufficient english.
Wi-fi was a bit unstable at times in the room, but honestly I've never been at a hotel anywhere in southeast asia with stable wi-fi.

the resort, exceeded our expectations, it has breathtaking views of a lush forest, river and a rice terrace, what else could you ask for!.... the rooms are very clean, spacious and have undisputed views, the pools are magnificent and offer a chilling mood to enjoy the view. the staff is very helpful and nice. they provide free shuttle from/to Ubud center, which is perfect. the breakfast is huge and delicious!

We booked a private villa with an infinity pool and jungle view. The villa was very nice, clean and comfortable. The infinity pool was really nice and had a really great view. The breakfast is really big, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff is very kind and friendly. We also got 2 balinese massages as a gift and it was a great experience. We highly recommend this place!
The location is far from Ubud center but they offer a free shuttle.

The staff are so friendly, 20-30 mins away from ubud center, transportation by free hotel shuttle bus, magnificent room view.
