The resort is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Very comfortable Balinese-style cottages are surrounded by a lush, well-kept garden. The service is very nice.

Lovely resort. Really enjoyed the diverse range of activities on offer. Impressive room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was worth the drive from Ubud. This is a place to come and sit by the pool for at least 3 days. Didn't dive but briefly swam in the beautiful sea.
The food in the restaurant was fine, with fair prices, but to be honest it wasn't anything incredible. Air conditioning struggled a bit to really cool the room, but this was no doubt down to the high ceiling and wood/bamboo construction. It wasn't really an issue.

Our room was in a group of 6 rooms with a beautiful large pool to share surrounded by lovely gardens and palm trees that all looked over the ocean crashing just over the garden wall. The whole resort property was beautiful, with a very laid back natural beauty Bali vibe. We ate at the restaurant 3 meals everyday for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The food and cooking was unpretentious healthy comforting. I had an excellent massage (one of the best in my month long trip around Bali!) and private spa pool with my partner. The staff are all amazing, friendly and very helpful service throughout our stay was 10/10 We really hope we can come back again one day it was honestly so delightful beautiful and relaxing!
The only issue was the main pool was being drained and repaired but we did stay in the quietest month of the year when property maintenance is common

This is the best place to stay in the Tulamben area. The beds are so comfortable. The food is delicious and the staff is so kind. After a morning of diving or snorkeling, the massage staff is heavenly. The new Monkey bungalows are perfect for small families. I hated to leave!

The perfect location to just arrive and relax. The garden area was beautifully maintained. Extra points go to the incredibly supportive staff that take care of any concern or problem.

There is a nice diving centre right in front of the reception. Laundry service was good. Staff was nice. I do like the bracelet when you check out,If it for protection purpose better gave the guest when they are check in.
Hotel definitely need some maintenance. Not fit the 4 stars hotel standard. The shower needs couple of minutes for the hot water and the flow was Laminar. Shampoo, conditioner and incense smells too synthetic.

The Villa's are beautiful and very clean. The Scuba Diving operation is fantastic. Pool is lovely, food was excellent.
The swim up bar is not in use. There was a sign that said 'ring bell' but the bell was completely rusted and falling apart. The entertainment area with the pool table, ping pong etc was in a terrible state.

I don't even know where to start! This was my first trip to Bali and before the trip I was very worried about choosing a hotel because I didn't want it to spoil the whole impression about this island! But all my worries dissipated as soon as I arrived at the destination! First of all, a garden and a bungalow! I have never seen anything like it! Everything is so beautifully combined that what you see simply takes your breath away! Secondly, the hotel staff! All employees are very polite and useful! For example, if you need something from the store, they will order it and after a while you can pick up all the things you need at the reception! Also the driver! They were like bodyguards, always accompanied and even transferred across the road! It is possible not to talk about the cleaning of the rooms at all because the bungalow was always cleaned! Diving was also great! My instructor Septi was very attentive and serious about his work! With him, I felt comfortable under water already on the second lesson! Kitchen! Each of their dishes is a masterpiece of culinary art! The food portions are so large that not everyone will be able to finish them! Separately, I want to tell about the owners of this hotel! The guys organized great excursions for me that will remain in my memory forever! They also helped me with all the questions I was interested in! Summing up, I want to say that I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Relax Bali is a wonderful place if you want somewhere away from the busiest touristy places in Bali. The scenery nearby is amazing because you are in between two large volcanoes. I did yoga everyday by the beach. The villa has a pool which is very enjoyable. The staff are very nice and helpful. A great place for couples and families.

Location right by the sea, bed was comfortable and room was nice
Overall lack of detail, empty beer bottles, dishes from the day before not cleared, no soap in dispenser on toilet, no trash can for paper towel. Quality of food very poor, spoiled avocado, ham in vegetarian dishes. Not very friendly staff, everybody seems bothered when asked a question. Property run down, broken lawn-chairs, you can just see nobody really cares.

For families with drivers this place is absolutely ideal and highly recommended. The service at the drive center is exceptional. Diving is super easy with several very good reefs and a wreck directly in front of our rooms over a pebble beach. Great visibility and abundant marine life.
Super helpful international staff making our stay exceptional. Decent spa. Great transport service.
The food at the restaurant and the cocktails at the bar are acceptable but do not meet the quality standards of the rest of the resort. The resort would benefit from a change of chef with more dedication to quality and particularly authenticity of the food and drink. But there are some other restaurants in the area and at nearby resorts which are worth the short walk along the beach.
