Everything!
The communication was flawless before we arrived. The family is welcoming, attentive and kind to their guests, always available, always working. They arranged transportation for us and they offered competitive price compared to what was proposed by other agencies.
The property is beautiful, plants everywhere, clean, and relaxing.
The bungalow is big, very tidy and comfortable.
Breakfasts are delicious, with fresh fruits every morning.
The beach is 4-5 minutes away walk.
For the price, its more than we could have imagined we could get. Suksema!

I booked 4 nights in October and extended by two more. The property has a nice garden (some insects outdoors, bring repellent), it is a few minutes on foot from the beach (directly at the snorkel spot) and from some nice warungs. I stayed in a nice clean room with a large bed with a firm mattress and good mosquito net and several facilities to hang or lay clothes and stuff. I liked the outdoor bath with plants and a well working warm shower (and hooks). The room was made up each day, which in my experience is not the norm in Bali. The tasty breakfast was the standard choice plus coffee/tea and fresh fruits. Best mangoes I had during my holiday. Nila and Budi and their staff were great hosts, present, friendly, affectionate and always ready to help me with recommendations, planning trips, organizing transport and extra requests like renting a bike to explore the surroundings.
The temperature oft the air condition could not be adjusted.

For the price, this is a great place. It was clean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The internet was great.
The entire bathroom was outside. Although showering and using the toilet outside are nice, having the sink outside was inconvenient. The light was poor and there are many mosquitoes. The lights next to the bed were also very dim. They were really much more like night lights than usable reading lights. In fact, it was impossible to read at all with them.

We had a wonderful stay: the hosts and staff are great and very helpful. They also invited us along to their yoga class which was an experience we will never forget. Lovely breakfast and very beautiful garden. Thank you, we are looking forward to coming back!!

This was our second visit, first was pre covid. It was great to be recognized and warmly greeted. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed. Easy beach access for early swimming and uninterrupted work time during the day.
Great hosts, great garden, this place exudes love and attention.

Perfect stay for relaxing and resting. Amazing garden, very quiet, no noise from traffic, very close to the beach and at walking distance from fruit shop, ATM and everything you need. Friendly owner who arranged more economical snorkeling tour to Menjangan island. I totally recommend the massages also.
The other guests were couples and families, but in general that's the profile of the tourists in Pemuteran, so not so suitable for solo travellers if you want to meet new people.

It's close to the beach and the main street. Quiet place, nice garden.
For the price I paid I feel the room was very basic. Shower was hard to control, cold or painfully hot water.

The family which runs the Homestay is exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful. The staff is lovely and together they welcome you into their home. Gorgeous gardens and beautifully maintained communal spaces. Clean rooms and outdoor bathrooms.

The garden setting. The beauty of the homestay.
The hosts are so attentive and i cannot stress their kindness.
We had dinner with them. It was good. There is also a very nice warung across the road.
It is a close walk to the beach.
They organised a massage for us.
All in all a good stay. I will definitely return.
I really had to think hard to find an item that i did not like.
If you have the air-conditioning on... Us woosie South Africans felt like we needed a blanket on our bed, not just a sheet.

Very friendly owners and close to the beach. We had nice breakfast and could easily rent a scooter. We liked the outdoor bathroom. Perfect value for money.
Another guest started smoking on the porch that connects all the rooms and was very inconsiderate about it which is why we left early. But now the owners want to make it smoke-free which would be a big plus!
