Amazing staff, beautiful surroundings between hills and an incredible black sand beach. I stayed here twice in a month. Best resort in western Bali! The rooms are huge with kitchenettes and beautiful views.

Peaceful. Quiet. Very relaxing. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great pool. Our accomodation was called the castle. It was very spacious and looked over pool.

Disappointing
We liked the pool and the area around it, the pool could have been tidier though. The workers should keep their eye on the water, so much leaves and flowers flying into it.
Although we had booked and paid the room for 3 people that included the breakfast the staff tried to extra charge us for our 1 year old baby's breakfast, saying that our room is for 2 people only. It also seemed that they weren't ready for our arrival (we booked our room 24h in advance), all surfaces on tables and shelves were covered with serious dust. The kitchenware found in kitchenette looked extremely greasy and dirty. We asked the staff to mop the floor twice on arrival, which slightly turned it cleaner but still made our feet soles dirty. Based on our experience we would not recommend to spend time in this hotel. We relied too much on the photos found on web, in reality the whole establishment looked unattained.
