The room was a nice size with good air conditioning, a big comfortable bed and a really lovely bathroom. It had a terrace outside the room to sit and a nice pool and very pretty garden. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was no hot water available for guests. You could only get hot water for coffee. You had to buy bottled water from them instead.

Its a very pleasant establishment located in a calm aera. The swimming pool is beautiful.
The breakfast is freshly cooked every morning, its generous and delicious.
The host are very kind, we felt very welcomed. They took a very good care of us and they were here whenever we needed something.
Mango Moon simply felt like home.

Really great place to stay in Pemuteran.
The toilet had a bit of a smell but that was a minor thing.

The bedroom are big, very comfortable, we love the outside bathroom. Lot of different nice spot to chill, the swimming pool is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and very helpful! We had some of our best massage there as well! Ill definitely come back there !

I can only recommend to book here!! Already at the beginning we got welcomed so warmly! Everybody from the team was so friendly and caring! The garden and the pool are a hidden paradise, where you can relax and calm down surrounded by a dog with puppies, chicken and cats. Around the place there are cows and other animals- pure nature! The rooms were perfect: very spacious, a big and comfy bed with mosquito net, a nice little terrace to sit and a beautiful outdoor bathroom! Also the breakfast was great- it got prepared freshly every morning, from pancakes over ricepudding to toast with eggs. Fresh fruits and coffee/tea included. They also prepare lunch and dinner for you- tastes excellent! Also if you want to eat out, there are a lot of options nearby, just a perfect location! So if you are thinking about going to Permuteran, I can only recommend to book here! If you like kindness, nature and good vibes, this is the place for you!

This is a lovely homestay.
Pros:
- beautiful setting. Lovely gardens. They are maintained everyday without fail.
- staff are kind. The family that run the homestay have been very welcoming to me.
- breakfast is very nice. There are four options. Pancakes, eggs on toast etc. This is served with coffee and a small bowl of fresh fruit. Staff deliver this to your terrace if you wish. Generous servings
- well-priced options for lunch and dinner. Tasty food.
- pool is well-maintained. It is deep enough to swim on one end of the pool. Deckchairs.
- wifi has mostly been excellent
- had no problems with the air con. A powerful fan is also in the room.
- transport service was excellent. I was picked up from the airport and my driver drove safely.
- room is spacious. Desk. Outdoor bathroom is a nice change.
- each room has a private terrace with a rack, desk, and sofa chair.
- scooter hire service at a good rate
- dogs and cats. The animals are friendly and tame.
- shower hot or cold. Amazing experience to shower under a full moon and stars!
- There are not too many rooms so I have never felt mango moon is crowded. I have had the pool all to myself every single time I went swimming!
- homestay can book excursions. I went on a wonderful early morning fishing trip.
- although I dont use it, they have a laundry service.
- the walls of the room are thick - I cannot hear guests staying in adjacent rooms
- as a solo female traveller I feel very safe at Mango Moon. The owner responded to my whatsapp messages very quickly before I arrived at Mango Moon. This was reassuring.
- staff speak English very well. There have been zero communication errors.
I will definitely return here in the future. It is a special place. I only planned to stay 10 days but extended it for another 10 days!
- room is too dim even with curtains drawn back. There does need to be additional lighting.
- guests can smoke on the terraces and in the kitchen

Hey i like the room comfy and the pool area. Nice Breakfast.
I didn,t liked that the owner told me all the others dive shools do not use a speed boat. They all have one, the equpment for the dive, especially the fines out of date! I had bad luck there has been a ceremony and it was very noisy one night and no hot water in the shower. Also for the price it would be nice to have free water in a big tank to fill especially to avoid plastic.
