Very Good
Spacious room and bathroom area, quiet, calm ambiance and clean. I love the pool. Although this is a small property, it's has 3 seperate pool throughout the area. Best to book a villa over looking the pool. Location is good as it's nearby convenience store, cafs and restaurants, but it's about 10 -15 mins walk to main attractions (beach, bar, night life area). I also rent a motor bike from th htel, such an easy transaction, they gave me bike with full tank. And there's laundry place same area with th htel (next house) with affordable price, After it's done they drop the laundry to htel rception u just pick it up whenever i'm back.
Room have most of basic amenities, but do not have mini fridge.

The room was large and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. There were 3 pools to access, and the place was really nice and quiet.
I had to request a fridge in the room, as there wasn't one there. It's a 45 minute walk to the beach from there which was fine, but I wasn't expecting it to be that far. Breakfast wasn't the greatest

Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Spacious room. Right across the street from it youll find the best Local Warung.
Bathroom needs some maintenance. Curtains and bed linen with spots. We got mini fridge by request, but is wasnt working properly, drinks got frozen. TV had YouTube only.

Room wise this hotel is awesome, spacious, elegant, and clean. The location is good and easy to reach. The staff is very polite and humble. Wi-Fi speed is good for work purposes.
One thing we don't like is breakfast, we had to ask enquire times to get what we ordered. Options are very less and not up to the mark.

Everything. From the arrival to the laundry service, the cleanliness, the comfy beds, the spacious bathroom, the lovely calm peaceful garden. Could not recommend it enough!

The swimming pool was good. They have 3 different ones.
It need refurnished. Very noise hearing everything from other guests. Enough for two nights. The staff needs to improve their English. More variety at breakfast

The staff is nice. We can arrive very late without problems. The bed was comfortable.
The room doesnt smell well. Very high level of humidity and some black spot on the wall. No bed protection against insects.

The staff were really friendly and my room was lovely and quiet at night. The location is perfect for getting around in canggu. Would stay again and recommend.
I didnt stay long enough to really use the pool or facilities so cant comment on those.

Location is excellent, swimming pool is great, bedroom was very comfortable, quiet hotel , we did not hear any noise coming from the street or surroundings considering the location was quite central. Morning staffs were great, very kind, welcoming and helpful .
Breakfast was served too late (9am-12pm) . There was no fan/ceiling fan only air con which we are not much of a fan and it was also leaking water from it into the bedroom. Shower and bathroom was a bit dirty, could definitely use a bit of extra TLC. Not that we were really going to watch much tv , but it didnt work and staff did not bother fixing when we mentioned it.

Central location, nice big rooms and close to pool. Towels provided in room and for use of pool. TV in room with android box therefore can watch/listen to YouTube while in room. Full length mirror in room with plenty of plug sockets. Friendly and welcoming staff. Restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Rooms were clean but not to a high standard. No fridge in room (although staff did let us use kitchen fridge to store water etc).
Staff repeatedly turned off AC after cleaning room, even when asked not too. (we like to return to a cold room after being out in the sun).
Bathroom a little tired and worn, tiles hanging off shower. Shower head was also blocked on arrival with very poor water pressure (staff did correct this promptly when asked).
One morning there was no electricity in the room with very poor water pressure - staff were aware but we had to wait until the issue was fixed from an outside company.

The facilities and location of the hotel. So close to all the main restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The rooms need updating especially the bathroom area. The bed was very comfy though!
