The staff were very friendly & helpful. Especially Dawa. He went out of his way to help & assist, making the stay at Reddoorz better
The facilities. The kitchen was open but there was never enough food or food at all.
If you want tourists to come & stay with you, then breakfast & dinner should be available. This would bring more money to the property. Without this, your guests go elsewhere where to find food & drinks.

In two weeks on Bali and traveling around on motor bike, this was one of the best. Clean room with A.C. and good bath room a kind of big swimming pool. Infront of our room we could sit and see the garden. Conclusion, a wonderful place to stay.

Lots of cobwebs in the room and the ledges were not clean, neither was the floor. However the bedding was clean.

We were booked in for 2 nights but left after 1 after not being able to sleep at all as someone in the room next door was throwing up all night.
The bathroom was not great and bed was uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly. The deluxe room was spacious and clean with a lovely terrace. Staff keep the property clean and well kempt. The pool was large.
Construction, all day, every single day. Angle grinding all day, insane noise. This wasnt stated before arrival.
The pool is used from 3:30pm-6pm for childrens swimming lessons, about 50 people come here every day. Its noisy and not very relaxing especially combined with the noise from construction. We didnt know this before arrival. The pool is full of algae and moss too.
