There was no bathroom door, only a shower curtain. Windows cannot get opened. Transport needed due to location. There was a kitchen but it cannot get used by the guest. Confusion with the name of the place.

The staff was really nice and we had delicious honey pancakes in the morning! Its a nice and quiet spot in padangbai and youre only a 10min walk away from the very beautiful white sand beach!!

Ani and her family were all very friendly and helpful, amazing value for money and the banana pancakes were awesome, I would highly recommend if you are staying in Padangbai, it is a short walk to the main town area.

The owners are a lovely family and are very helpful. They helped me to book my trip to the Gilis and I paid half of what others paid for the ferryboat. The only way to get it a bit cheaper might have been online with a lot of extra work. The room is spacious and comes with a huge livingroom area - usually shared with one other room, but I was alone. I also was able to leave my scooter with them - very safe - and they even organized a scooter ride for me to get to the ferry and get picked up a week later on my way back.

Never met such friendly people in my life. Very kind and caring. They also have a little restaurant with tasty food. They organized our ferries to the Gilis and back and even brought us to the port.
Breakfast was also really good.
I would definitely stay here again :)

We picked this homestay because of it's close proximity to Geko Dive on Google Maps, where we were doing our diving training. It was critical for us to be close to the school as we started early every morning.
We arrived at the address given on Google Maps and we were told to wait for the person's sister so we could be taken to our room by scooter. We immediately felt like something was wrong. After being taken by scooter by 6-7 mins up a very steep and long hill we immediately told them we would be leaving as they had lied about the location of the property. They blamed Google for the wrong location and argued with us in a very hostile way. It was a very unpleasant start to our time in Padang Bai and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We got no money back from Booking or Harmony House despite not staying there. Harmony House my butt.

The family was very welcoming and polite. Room and toilet are spacious. You can order food from them too. They offered to take care of transport if you need. Strong WiFi.
The aircon was faulty and one of the sinks was choked. Owner could only fix it the day after, but kind enough to put a fan in the room, and I used the other sink. No shampoo available, just soap bar. No kettle. Toilet had a stench. Not a big deal at this price though!

Its a pretty basic homestay but a great value for the price! It was very clean, had towels, hot water, AC was working well. It also had an amazing common area shared between two rooms with AC, kitchen, table and couch. The owner was super friendly, welcoming and chatty. You can get food there as well - delicious and great price. They can help arrange transport to the gilis as well - for a very reasonable price. For us it was a perfect stay for 1 night before going off to the gilis.

I had a really, really good stay here. I came for about 2 weeks to do a lot of work. It was absolutely perfect. Quiet, with lots of space. I often had the entire upstairs area to myself. I was able to set up my 'office' outside on the upstairs table (see photo) - fantastic! The owners (well, the entire family) were super friendly and helpful. They're very knowledgeable on the surrounding area. Very useful if you want to go on excursions, or find things out, etc. Food was great. Lots of options to choose from and always served with a smile! I enjoyed walking from the homestay into the main town. It takes around 10 minutes, but you could organise a ride if you wanted to (tonnes of people in town offer transport). Definitely got great value for money. Am I allowed to give it eleven out of ten!?
For what you pay and what you get, I have no criticisms at all. One point to keep in mind (and this doesn't relate to the property per se), is that if you decide to walk from the homestay into the town you will encounter a lot of dogs (same as anywhere in Bali!). I'm not naturally a dog-person. However, I had no trouble with any of the dogs I encountered on my walks - and there were lots!

iluah and eka were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. They helped us plan our trip to penida and offered a great price. Nyoman was an incredible cook and all the staff made our stay at harmony one to remember. Would definitely return to harmony! The shower had good pressure and Hot water and the air con was cold.
