Villas are massive and equipped with basic but sufficient amenities. They are located on the quiet side of Amed, which is very fine if you can drive a scooter. There are few shops around, including a small supermarket, few restaurants laundries and massage spas, and the place is conveniently located next the beautiful Lipah beach. There is a beautiful swimming pool available and clean. Scooter are available for rent. Scuba diving is also possible down the road. All in all, good value for money and great service by the personnel on site

Very good staff Wayan the friendliest host, breakfast and dinner delicious. very well equipped room with sea view. Beach just 5 minutes to lipah beach nice beach for snorkeling. highly recommend this place, thank you Wayan.

The room was clean, large and comfortable.
The pool was deep and nice to swim in.
It's a 15 min walk to Lipah beach which is good for snorkelling.
Location was not ideal, quite far from central amed and difficult to get around if you don't ride a scooter. A shop is very near so you can buy snacks etc.

Amazing view from the room of the sea! We enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings. Pool and garden were beautiful, room was spacious and comfortable
I find it strange that there are only 2 towels given , no small towel to dry your hand or face in the bathroom, usually this is standard to be provided in most hotels, and out of the 3 places we booked to stay in Bali this was the bigger spend
When I asked kindly if another small towel or any size could be provided my reply was 'don't have' 'cannot' , I felt like the interaction was not friendly , I joked and pointed out they provide pool towels so they do infact have spare towels , anyways when we finished at the pool my husband tried to give back the wet pool towels and he was told to bring them to the room, not much use to us as they were soaking wet with chlorine water , we dried them overnight and used them again the next day at the pool and when I tried to give them back he tried to refuse to take them , I insisted I didn't want to keep them as we had been using them for 2 days at the pool and they were very wet with pool water, he became quite argumentative telling me 'no not 2 days at all' in the end I left the towels on the counter and walked away as I felt quite upset by the interaction
Our room towels smelt quite musty and weren't replaced at all during our stay either

We really enjoyed our stay at Bhuana villas and would totally reccoment them.
The place is beautiful (villas quite big, private and well decorated), with a big swimming pool and walking distance from a great snorkeling spot (perfect in case you don't drive a scooter).
Staff is amazing, and offers services like scooter rental, transportation etc. for honest prices and with genuine care.
We'll definitely stay here again when back to Bali - Amed was our favourite part!

The view and the staff was amazing, the pool very clean. Having an own villa means that you don't bother neighbors, it is soundproof, you can be in private.

The location was great. The pool was fantastic. The property is great and the staff were fantastic and arranged everything we asked for.
The bones of the hotel are great. The hotel however could use some tlc. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. The kettle didnt work. No batteries in the tv remote. Tile grout coming away from lots of tiles. And while I am all for not washing towels / bath mat if we do not need to I draw the line when they are put on the floor to be washed as directed only to find them drying outside on the veranda rail. The hotel wasnt the dearest end of the market nor was it the cheapest.

The host and his wife were extremely accommodating, sorted me short trips to Amed for no price at all, and was very easy to book a tour through them as well; they were very friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, the bed was comfortable; the AC worked perfectly; the breakfast was delicious; the pool was very deep and absolutely perfect for the hot days.
