I think this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever had. The honor to stay at. The view is sumptuous, it's close to many waterfalls, the pool is spectacular, but most of all the staff are some of the loveliest and kindest human beings I have ever met. How can you get any better than that?

Beautiful place! The swimming pool, the garden and the views were amazing. Lovely staff.
I had a lovely stay but the room and the bathroom need some attention, I wasn't impressed, I expected more for the price. The beer is quite expensive too.

Breakfasts were great.the staff were extremely lovely.I would have liked it to be busier.
I found the other guests were very unfriendly.I always greet people I pass on my way to and fro at the resort...hard to even get a smile out of any of them...... let alone a friendly response from any other guests.try encouraging more Kiwis and Aussies to come and stay at Alamanda.also it would be good to have a kettle in the room for making a warm drink.I love to snorkel and your advertising says it's good right outside the resort...well it's very average .

Arie and staff very helpful. Location was far from airport upto 3hrs drive.however was a true authentiv Bali experience. No tourist, no crazy mopeds, very peacefull and serene. Amazing diving facility and instructors. Lumba lumba 2 bed villa with pool villa was exclusive and amazing. Would definitely return. Pictures do not do it justice. Incredible place to stay. Will return to property. Worth the drive if you want to be away
Beach is limited black sand and rocks. Place was so beautiful that it didnt matter.

- especially enjoyed the tour we booked with the Alam Anda driver Budi! He was great!
- the staff were all very friendly
- food was average on the property and seemed a bit overpriced for what it was
- no other dining options near the property within walking distance ( except for Made Warung which was great!)
- the bathroom for the seaside bungalow was fairly open (large gap between roof and wall) so there were lots of bugs and geckos. I didnt mind, but others might. From the pictures, it looked like an enclosed bathroom but it isnt.

its remote and nothing within walking distance . had a garden view house , terrible air conditioning . staff tried super hard to give us other rooms , they ( staff and room) where amazing . however there was little to do here but sit by a pool and relax which is great if thats what you liked .booked out early . cant fault staff or the beautiful private villa accomodation .

Good location, good design, fairly clean, local staff, restaurant and food could be better for hotel level like this.
Spa is beautiful design, but I got not luck with therapist, she did massage like obligation, I feel not rest after massage. Also, they need to check quality of the oil testers, some of them is rank.

Nice traditional rooms. Lovely pool. Ocean view location. Good food. Friendly staff.
Journeys very difficult. Booking.com should warn about this. 4-5 hours each way over difficult roads. Should not even attempt it at night.

We lived in two bedroom villa with private pool.
Villa is spacious, got good dining, sunbathing, bathroom areas. Territory of resort is clean and green.
Water is clean because of rock sea bottom. You can snorkel and see fish and beautiful reef.
There is a diving centre. Which is everything you need.
The food is good, tasty and with variety.
Before sleep you hear the sea sounds, birds. Relaxing and quiet.
We like everything, except price. Everything here is pricey. The restaurant is good, but pricey. Spa is good, but pricey and etc.

The remote location of the resort was a perfect getaway away from busy tourist areas. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing

not much to be totally honest. I wouldnt recommend this accommodation to anyone. miles away from any where decent. you basically have eat all meals in the hotel as there is nowhere at all close by. Staff were pleasant but incompetent beyond belief!!
where to start. your charged for absolutely everything even tap water. staff are in your face wanting you to sign your bill even before your finished your meal. very unhelpful staff. sent two international tourists half an hour on a moped from the hotel to get 100,000k (6 euro) for bike rental and wouldnt leave us pay by card. They also knew that was only local atms in that town. the whole vibe in the hotel was just not good. most disappointing thing is that the food and drinks are absolutely ridiculously expensive for Bali!! An absolutely joke and food is average at best. a nightmare stay really
