This accommodation is just perfect! The whole house is beautifull, rooms are clean and have fresh furniture, AC is working very good and the spare kitchen is big and well equipped. We has also pretty balcony with two chairs and table. The area is really quiet despite Villa is close to the center. What's most important house owner Tunde is really kind and helpfull. She has so much smile inside yourself! Also the location is really good, 1km do the beautifull beach, 1km to restaurant/party center, about 300m to the nearest shop or MC. 10/10, surelly will be back!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Location good enough to walk to places. AC in the rooms, rooms and public areas were in good condition and clean. No separate parking place, but plenty of room in front of the place. Hearing the music from Siofok hotspots in the evening makes you appreciate the location even more as here it is distant, but closer to the beach it would disturb those who want a quiet evening. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful with everything. Highly recommend this accommodation :)

This is a fantastic find. Such good value for money and excellent place to stay. The shared lounge and kitchen was well equipped and the free tea coffee milk etc. A lovely touch. The bedroom we had was described as small however this was not so. It had good wardrobe and drawer space, air conditioning and a fairly large bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet residential part of town and at the same time just a short walk to the main square in Siófok. Managed by a lovely couple whose welcome was much appreciated. As a bonus street parking or enclosed parking was offered.

The room was okay, everything just as described, the owner is really friendly and helpful. The price is really good in relation to the quality. Also, they have a really friendly dog so that’s a huge plus ?
The walls are really thin, you can hear every word coming from the “common room”. When we were in our room there was a family in the common room talking and laughing until 11 PM. Really annoying because even if they tried to be more silent, you can still hear everything. Apart from that everything is okay

The owner is very kind and helpful and speaks english (which is not so common in Hungary). Apartment is close to the city centre, about 10 mins by foot. Inside is very clean, smells nice :) The room and the shared space are really well equiped - in kitchen you can find tea, coffee etc. Bed is really big and comfortable, bathroom looks good too. Great place to stay in Siofok.

We spent 2 nights in this property and liked it. The staff, especially Tunde was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, although not very large. Overall very good value for money.
We had kitchen space and living room shared with other guests, what we didn’t expect. Our group of friends occupied 3 rooms, whilst other guests remaining 2. Anyway, it was not too disturbing.

When we had to leave it was raining really hard, so Tünde (our host) decided to give us an umbrella because we had to walk 15-20 minutes. This was really kind of her! Other then that, the room looked really good and was very clean! 10/10 would recommend this place.
