Very Poor
The property is a hot mess. There are mosquitoes killed all over the walls, it is super dirty. I found some open medicine left on the counter table which is pretty ugly considering that I came with two kids.
They said breakfast is included in my package , they even have photo with breakfast in the pictures but om site they said there are no breakfast options.
Checkin was absolutely horrendous, after booked on booking.com I had to fill out several forms, countless emails, and eventually got stuck because of system issues. Was lucky that there was somebody at reception although they said that everything was moved online and I was supposed to receive check in instructions although I did not.

Check in was disaster. There was nobody at reception. Firstly nobody pick up the phone. Then was told to us, this is self checking hotel and I have to do it through internet. So was sitting more than 30 minutes in front of reception and trying to checking. Then another guy at phone took over and helped to make online checking.
Breakfast - we already find them after check in on table. Salami, butter, everything was in room, not in fridge.
Lot of dust under the beds.
We booked for 4 persons, there were only 3 beds.

Minimalistic setup. Every square inch of the apartment was turn into value. We liked this kind of interior.
In the other hand, if you prefer spacious facility this is not for you, seek for another one within same building/host.

I loved the idea that the bathroom and the bedroom was separated from the kitchen on another floor.Also kitchen was well-equipped and everything was very clean.Overall it's the best accomodation in the neighbourhood for its price.
It would be useful to have a cheese grater in the kitchen.Also it would be nice to place some kind of showergel in the bathroom at least if towels are already given.Also the apartmant seems to be bigger in the pictures ,but that's not a problem.However, the sockets are badly placed,it was behind our bed in the bedroom and if your charger's head is bigger it can't fit and you can't charge your phone or use your laptop.

We enjoyed our staying in Villa Oliver very much! Villa is not far from the lake. We walked along the embankment, it was a good and quiet atmosphere. There were all facilities in the apartment which we needed. In the morning we found a basket with food, so we had a good breakfast. The host is very helpful and pleasant!

Quite far from the promenade, very far from the city center. Ridiculous breakfast. Stairs very narrow, impossible to reach the room with a large baggage. Key was not ready (I had to call the reception to get the passcode) and very complicated registration procedure. Parking in on the street and it is not a private one (may be reserved). Hair dryer and toiletries not included (ok, were not mentioned but it is almost a standard).

Nice place, really enjoyed it! Breakfast overall was good, but we did not see that the bucket was put next to our entrance door and found it only when leaving!

Clean, correct with good overall amenities.
The lack of any sound insulation, the door was like a door from inside of a house and the rooms were so close that one cannot sleep if noisy neighbours are put in another room.

-The check-in process was pretty complicated because the host sends you a link with a page in hungarian for the online check-in. I translated the page but there was a problem when I tried to scan/upload the IDs, it didn't work at all. So I had to send the details to the host.
-The weather was extremely windy and about 1°C. The window and balcony's door from the bedroom are poor quality, you can feel all the outside wind directly into your head when you stay in bed. That's why in the bedroom was cold, even with the AC turned on heating.
