Everything was perfect. Clean and like 150 meters from the lake. Center is a little far but that is actually better because the place is quite and meters away of the beautiful walk by the lake.

The bed was very comfy.
Booked a room with balcony, but there was no balcony for the room, only an open corridor.

Eventhough the room is very small it has all you need to stay overnight
Very small room but perfect for a short stay if you don’t spend your time in the room all day.
The breakfast could include some vegetables and fresh stuff

We have stay at Villa Oliver 3 two times this year. The place is in great location, Balaton and free beach is just behind the corner. There is big garden around the house, with places to sit in the shadow under the trees. Villa Oliver is located quite some distance from the city center, quite a long walk to get there, but I see this as an advantage because it is quite far away for the party boys and girls to book a stay here, so you dont listen loud music days and nights.
It would be nice to have a sun umbrella on the last floor as the sun shines on the terrace almost the whole day.

It was the worst experience on booking, when my family arrived there they spend 3 hours untill they get a room but not the one we pay for and booked another one in another villa because of a error of another guest…i hope for better apartment not less expensive that we pay…

Loved that it was so close to the lake. The apartment was clean and had a great coffee machine.
The stairs up to the bedroom were extremely steep.

Not far from the lake. Small apartment for 2 persons - well. We were 4 people only for one night, and this ok. But not for a long time. Free parking. Near placed the small store, is a beautiful place around
The hood in the toilet does not work. Bad Wi-Fi

Location close to the beach, but 3 km from center (nice walk every evening ?), clean room, good working AC, existing fridge/coffee-maker, comun balcony with table&chairs, free parking places, good staff
Reception is 800 m away (at Oliver1), very small toiletts, small room, could be a noisy place due to other tourists (no reception to help mentaining silence), few parking places, no stores&restaurants nearby

The location of the apartment was good, close to a small shop and the beach.
Inconvenient, dangerously steep and slippery staircase. Bed is just sponge bed on the floor. Poorly equipped kitchen. Very small, narrow indoor places. Not good value for money.

It is very close to Balaton Lake, in a courtyard with trees and car parking. The apartment is nice structured, we had the bedroom upstairs the living and kitchen and also the bathroom downstairs. We have found the breakfast for the next morning on the kitchen table,
The reception where we had to collect the room key was somewhere else, at a distance of 800 metres and we didn't know about that. This was not a problem, but it would have been better if we knew that before the arrival. It was interesting to have the bedroom upstairs but the stairs were very sharp not suitable for old people or kids.
