We found a room last-minute and booked quickly as everything was sold out in high-season. We were in transit and we have a dog - there was no extra charge. There was no parking left but we found a spot on the street between the trees. After booking I read the reviews so was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised as the room was modern and very clean. There was no soundproofing however there was no persistent noise, just the odd door slamming. The bathroom was small but modern and everything worked very well. We had a plentiful breakfast.
The room was on the ground floor and had an open terrace overlooking the car park. There was no aircon and we couldn’t have the terrace door open as the dog could get out and into the car park. We used the ventilator provided to cool.

Cleaning should be more thorough - we had to clean spiders, mosquitos in the room, one bed had hair on pillow and sheets.. Windows and doors to the balcony are outdated. Had to ask for soap in the shower. Coffee machine at breakfast very slow causing queues.

The room was very clean and neat. Location is excellent! Beach clubs everything just nearby. Staff is very friendly. Very good that the hotel has its own parking plot.
No air conditioning,no elevator, I guess these will be built in later.

Personnel - The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking - There was available parking, though it required an additional fee, which seemed unreasonable given the already high cost of the stay.
Room - The room was small and poorly equipped, and it was very cold. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day during our stay.
Bathroom - The bathroom was extremely small and lacked soap.
Doors - The entrance door had to be locked with a key, which would not have been an issue, except that it kept opening if it wasn't locked.
Breakfast - By the time we had breakfast, a group of visitors had nearly finished all the dishes.
Terrace - The terrace door had a hole, making the room temperature the same as outside. Given that it was a rainy day with temperatures around 16 degrees Celsius, it was far from comfortable. Additionally, hotel staff frequently walked past our terrace door, as our room was on the ground floor. This was extremely embarrassing, as I didn't want to keep the curtains closed the entire time, which was not the experience I had hoped for.
Payment - There was no option to pay with a card at the bar.
If it would be possible I would definitly want my money back.
