Pleasant
The pool and the spa area was nice. The food was fairly good.
The rooms were advertised as bigger than they were in reality, the children's playroom was very small and cluttered plus there were lots of ants and the toys were not well maintained. The elevator was not working for a whole day, the locker in our room was also dysfunctional, the area was remote and there is not a lot to do if you are not willing to drive long distances.

The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, and having both breakfast and dinner included was very convenient when traveling with small children.
The air conditioning didn’t work well, even after we changed rooms, which was difficult during the hot days. The breakfast and dinner were not to our taste, especially the dinner.

Wonderful
I loved the breakfast and dinner. Big variety of food and kind waiters. The spa was big and nice as in design and visuals. Saturday night live music for dinner! ?
The little fishpond was awesome in front of the hotel.
I enjoyed the welcome drink as well, which was a prosecco for me, but you could chose juice as well. ?
Minor things like...the main closet had a shaking sliding door, kept falling out and some scratches on the headboard of the bed. A lot of hair found in the bathroom, I used up towels just for cleaning and disinfecting.
The staff was kind enough to try and change my room, but the hotel was fully booked, and that wasn't possible.
The spa s water is written to have 34 C, I doubt that. I caught a bad weather period when the maximum was 24 C, so still cold and some nice hot water would have been nice. Also they kept the doors open in spa all the time and I felt cold.

Overall, all great. One recommendation is to provide potable water at saunas, as it is essential.

Wellness facility is excellent. Housekeeping and waiting staff were excellent so were the receptionists.
Our room was dated, needs to be updated.
The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was not good at all. Food was all salty, did not taste nice. Very disappointing.

Nice spa area. Great food, fresh and tasty at both the breakfast and the dinner. Great location in minimal distance to the lake.
All the pools were too cold. Some of the saunas were rather cold or out of order.

We enjoyed the amenities in this hotel, along with its proximity to the Lake. The dinner buffet was a highlight. They did have a couple of kids' activities but not too many participants (despite the many young kids there in the summer). The private beachfront area is small but sufficient, gated off from the free public beach.
The price is a bit high during summertime but this is expected. Also, I had a massage and asked for hard pressure but got a lighthanded rub, which I don't enjoy. The lady was very nice and the room was clean.

The private beach was nice, very close, plenty of parking space, staff is friendly, food was pretty good
Rooms were not clean, this is not a 4 star hotel. The food was served in not a very appealing way, the dishes for the children were old and bad looking, the a.c in the children playground didn't work, the children animation program is only in Hungarian, the hotel looks kinda old and not taken care of, the room safe is key based and not code based, the bed and pillows were not comfortable.. sorry but for that cost and reputation I expected a lot more...
