Amazing hotel in the centre of town. We had a beautiful room (Venus room) with a large round bed and a heart shaped bath. The bed was really comfy, the spa area downstairs was great and the massage was very relaxing. The staff were lovely and the decor was very cool and quirky. I would highly recommend this place.

Close to center location, very good breakfast, large spa without irritating restrictions on number of entries (pool water was not cold as other reviews would suggest, actually perfect temperature for swimming, and whirlpool was plenty warm), helpful and kind staff, discount coupon for partner restaurants for hotel guests.
Bathroom was super small, way too small for a family room where 4 people are expected to stay. Acceptable for 2 - 3 nights, but would be an issue for a longer stay.
There are plenty of thematic decorations in the rooms, some of them are past their best times and would deserve a refresh or replacement.
For a hotel, that aims to be in a better than average category, parking should ideally be included in the package and not come at an extra fee.

Decoration of place is quite unique. Staff is more than pleasant, and every segment of spa is working. Regarding temperature of water in pool - is fine (not too cold as the previous reviews would make you believe) .

Good location, acceptable price, large family rooms Very interesting and I suppose unique design in every room.
Some good years ago, it was probably a great hotel, but the time passed over it, and in my opinion it really needs a refurbishment.
Looked way better in the online pictures than in reality....

Position and inside parking are well.
The Hotel show it's age. I have been many times guest here, since 1994. Being always on tired business trip, I am not interested on swimming pool and wellness but only on comfortable and cleaned room, good bed and nice bathroom.

I can't remember the last time I was at a bed and breakfast in Hungary and was actually served a breakfast that contained Hungarian food (thank you!). The hotel is fabulously eccentric and its decor quite fascinating, the staff were warm and unusually friendly for Hungarian standards. Would recommend this spot.

Really good service in general.
Best price/quality possible to find. Fine breakfast, nice themed bedrooms.
Especially considering the Jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna service. Parking is for free, really ideally place.

Room: We got the Paris room. The room was intricately decorated and has the vintage Parisian vibes, the room and bathroom were clean, the mattress was soft, the heater was set on a comfortable temperature.
Wellness centre: I throughly enjoyed the Wellness Centre. All the facilities were clean. I enjoyed the relaxing ambience. The opening hours were long. The Steam Spa was a favourite feature.
Coffee bar and Breakfast: The coffee bar is open 24 hours. There was a water dispenser, varieties of tea, a microwave, a mini fridge with milk/yogurt, a coffee machine(makes an amazing hot chocolate!). The breakfast had good selections.
Friendly receptionist. We got a 10% discount from the partnering Amigo restaurant(if you pay via cash) as well.

It was a very uniquely built hotel with not many people around. The room was huge too.
The wellness section was below satisfactory. Most of the saunas were turned off, and the gym is in very bad condition. The main pool’s water is pretty cold too, couldn’t go into it.

We had a short overnight stay, but still managed to use the spa in the evening- such a treat after a long drive! The hotel team was welcoming and helpful, we had dinner at the neighbouring pizza place. The breakfast was also really good. So 10/10 :)

The room was so cold that the children had to sleep in their jackets. The water in the pool was so cold that we couldn't even get in up to our knees. The bathrobes for the wellness had holes. We left a day early even though it was paid for.
