Very enjoyable stay. The host was really nice and helpful and offered us much higher standard than we payed for. The location is very close to restaurant and main promenade but quiet to stay in. Highly recommend!

Surely more can be done in relation to the interior facilities and cleanliness (I mean the room I stayed in, I don't know the rest...).

I didn't expect luxury, but it was my worst booking experience.
1. there was a party in front of my door on the terrace, according to the owner, parties are not allowed and every traveler expects rest and peace.
2. there were no towels, so I couldn't dry myself after showering.
3. the room is very damp, the cloths were damp in the morning
4. the cleanliness could be discussed, as if it had not been cleaned for some time or aired.
The 5th point was the loud quarrel of the neighbors, I was already thinking of calling the police. Of course, I don't blame the owner for this.

Balaton lake is few minutes away by foot, friendly owner, wasn't noisy. Simple, good place to stay for one night during the travel.
Room was not clean: other people hairs everywhere, dirty toilet and bathroom, dust.

The location is very good, quiet street not far from the main avenue
We stayed only for one night in a small apartment in the separate home. It was small and not very cosy. The bathroom could use some freshing up.

I stayed in one of the apartments on the backhouse, behind the main building. The garden was nice and even though the day was very hot, it was cool in the garden. Late check out, I liked that. Nice chairs and tables in the garden - also a grill place, but no wood..
The shower head did not stay on its place, and it made it hard to use the shower. Not enough toilet paper. There was a grill in the garden but no wood/Kohlen... That was a pity. The light in the toilet doesn't work.

Owner is really nice and helpful, speaks good english which is rare in Siofok. There are 3 maybe 4 parking spots directly on the property, and few more on the street, so parking was not really a problem plus its free.
Animals are allowed, so there were some hard to clean dog hair from previous guests.

Location is good, not far from center or railway station but place is pretty quiet. We spent 2 nights. I think it perfect for short stay. Had everything we need.

Everything: room, a/c (absolutely key!!), location, parking inside the house, cleanliness, balcony, etc.
It may have had a common space where the guests would have the chance to meet each other. This, from the perspective of a solo traveller.
